We stayed here for two nights before our flights left Buenos Aires to return to the United States. The evening we checked in, we were greeted by very competent and friendly staff. Our room was impeccably clean and the bed really comfortable. The restaurant in the hotel is excellent, we ate there 4 times during our brief stay. The hotel is in a great location, great restaurants and shopping all around.

We loved the room, the service was exceptional and the breakfast was delicious. Thank you to the reception, front desk, bellhop and doormen, the bar tender, housekeeping and breakfast staff. I will stay here again.

Check in and out very easy. Room was very quiet. We normally do not go to hotel restaurants, but the Restaurante Negresco in the lobby of the Palladio Hotel in Buenos Aires should be experienced. Service and food excellent.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Palladio in Buenos Aires. The service was top-notch from the doormen, to the concierge, to the desk clerks, to the servers in the restaurant and bar! I was so pleased that we had a balcony off our room overlooking the park below. We were greeted with a few perks due to having stayed in several of the Accor Hotels, such as a complimentary drink, some extras at lunch, etc. The desk clerk arranged for a car for us to take to one of our tours because it was pouring rain. He also recommended an authentic Argentine restaurant where locals go which was amazing. Another helped us get tickets to a fabulous Tango show & dinner, and again arranged a driver for us. We felt very well cared for! The room was spotless and the beds were very comfortable.
