Stayed just over 1 week for business and pleasure on level 1. Overall a good experience. Some issues included 1) AC in the room is not truly adjustable. It was too warm during our stay despite setting the AC to the lowest temperature & highest fan speed. Opening window not an option as people smoke at the street level. 2) front desk staff was helpful at accomodating us to stay in the same room across 2 different bookings (business and personal) but keycard change over required 2 trips to the counter when it should have been sorted in 1 trip max. Great location, staff always helpful. Food at roof top restaurant was mediocre. Chicken was very dry.

A new hotel and a better value than the Mama Shelter down the street. The parking is nearby and the rooftop restaurant is very nicely situated with a a view out above the Paris skyline. The room is huge relative to the Mama Shelter from the same hotel group, and a better deal as well.

I paid for 2 rooms and my husband arrived a day later than me. He was not allowed to check in even though I paid for the room and the day . My other kids and I arrived earlier but I paid for the rooms. The rooms were not next to each other as requested and they did not have the double bed rooms on the same floor. Why would I want my kids on another floor! Even though the check in is 2pm we had to wait 5 hours for the room. Next time we come to Paris I will do Marriott. We did lunch upstairs and the view was good and the wine.
