« Friendly staff, clean room. »

Quite OK. Two things I like to comment for improvment points: 1. In the room the corner soffa is not working for two persons, only one can lean nicely. One armchair required separately to the room. 2. The Breakfast is not organized satisfactory. I propose that you devide breakfastrooms so that asian people have their noodlecooking lines in one room and those who eat regular ready-made food have the other room. Now it was a Mess!

overall was good except for the first night, 4 Feb where I found the bathroom was not entirely cleaned in particular the table top near the sink and the exterior of toilet bowl. Secondly, I found the key envelope of previous guest in the room service menu. Thirdly, the lighting system is not very user friendly. The Relaxing light mode is too dark, prefer there is something between All On/Off and Relaxing.

« Love the view and a pleasant overall experience. »

The room I stayed had a stunning view. However, when I arrived, I was told my check n time would be 3pm. I have to ask for my welcome drink! There was a hole on the plastered ceiling next to the rain shower fixture and water leaked out when I showered. When room was collected, no extra bedding was there as per requested and I have to call to request again. Overall the room was spacious and view was excellent.

The room was fabolous with great harbour view. We really enjoy the fireworks of CNY. The issue is when booking process happen, cannot use auto check in. Room is not ready, we should wait for an hour. For the future, hopefully you can provide the Halal menu.

besides housekeeping not cleaning my room when i was out between 10am to 4pm and 2 reminder calls for the baby cot to be placed in my room, all else was good. staff were friendly and helpful.

We were thrilled with the central location of the hotel. Our rooms, booked on either side of a cruise, were large and comfortable. We appreciated the iron, ironing board, hairdryer and coffee machine. We would recommend the hotel and stay there again if we visit Singapore in the future.

« Great room view »

Room view was great. We caught the river hong bao fireworks which is fabulous. Room is spacious but bath area design is disaster. No matter how careful we were, always ended up with significant water flows on outside bathtub every each shower. Room card keys another issue. I needed to come up and down 3x just because the card couldnt open the door even it is just fixed minute ago.

The hotel was all I hoped it to be. Room was comfortable, enjoyed the balcony, the view was magnificent, very friendly staff. Nothing not to like! Skai bar is a must visit with the view, amazing cocktails and matching snacks. I'll be back.

« it was okay. not too bad, but not great, either. »

I had great expectations because of the positive reviews that I read. The location was ideal, but regarding the services, I am doubtful. While some of the staffe, especially the older lady staff, were nice and kind, some were not. When I got off the taxi, body helped me with my bags. I was with my mom, who is 72 years old. That was my first impression of the hotel. And when I was checking in on the computer, the guy who is explaining was speaking too fast, so it sounded rude. However, I remember this lady, who looked in the 40s or 50s, helped me check out. She was very professional and sweet. She got a male staff member carry our bags and even offered her help to carry one of my bags. I am sorry to say this, but I was not satisfied with the arrival and checking in services. Other than thoses, I had a good time.

We enjoyed whole week stay in Swissotel Stamford, thanks for the nice view of balcony room, good quality food from executive lounge, professional services from the team! « Slightly disappointed »

Staff were very pleasant and helpful as usual but I was slightly disappointed with refurbishment of rooms. Lack of drawers, ok for one person but for two people sharing inadequate. Barrel beside bed? Box beside frig? Large box in bathroom for toilet roll and amenities. Could have had larger wall mirror in bathroom, also lighting very poor. Box structures inside front door, room staff didn’t even seem to know what these were for. Compartment at side of frig? What for? Safe taking up one large drawer? So many unusual pieces taking up space and needing dusting. Hotel still has one of best positions in Singapore.

« Great stay »

Check in and out was very smooth, the staff were efficient, friendly and accommodating. We were upgraded to the Vitality room with it's own gym wall with weights and a yoga mat which was great for exercising without having to go to the gym. The room was spacious, modern and clean. We had a clear view of the Chinese New Year fireworks from our room which was great. Room service was a little bit slow but everything else during our stay was amazing.
