We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Novotel. The staff were really friendly especially Grace at the front desk who helped us with lots throughout our stay. We are staying here for our honeymoon and the staff set up the cutest honeymoon display on our bed for our arrival. There is plenty to do here and the swim up bar is great and excellent value.

We and family stay here first time and we arehappy, we have a good time and our chile enjoy with thekids club. Tina always give us the information for travel, thank you. staff at the hotel is good services, at the pool staff I can not remember name but they work every good.

Good location just very slightly out the way of the hustle and bustle, but then a 3-4 minute walk to Kata strip/Kata beach. It's at the top of a hill but free shuttle back and forth to beach and tuk-tuks always available. Clean, excellent for children (ours 3 and 5 years). The staff were on another level. Couldn't do enough for our children. Yes the hotel was excellent but the staff make it an amazing experience and we were very sad to leave them all. Din, Lai and Nook will go far in life as good people. Lai made our little boy feel the greatest little boy in the world. Our general rule is to never go back to the same place twice, but because the Lai, Din and Nook were so great, we’d go back to this hotel again for a holiday. Would 100% recommend this hotel for family holidays.

The hotel is very good. We enjoy staying here with lovely hotel. I and my family have a good time the hotel has bus to kata beach every day and they pick up back to hotel. I some walk to beach and come back with bus. Thank you Tina for organizing everything for us. Love ❤️
