We had dinner at the Racine restaurant and enjoy great service and attitude from Rey, who has been, fast, diligent, helpful and attentive to our needs. He has been very friendly to my family and also engage my kid very well. Food has been great too, and we got nothing but good things to say on the service experience. Rey is a great asset to the team at Sofitel Racine.

My dearest bff brought me to enjoy their Ginseng Hi-Tea. We never been here before. Upon arrival, Sofitel member of stuff ar every attentive even before we enter the hotel. Ms Haryani kindly escort us to the 1864 Lobby Bar, helped us with our booking with such courteous manners. Next we met amazing Mr Wenz who served us. Very sincere, hard working young gentlemen. Humourously taking our order while maintaining his professionalism. He ensure we have hot tea, checking is everything is ok and yet giving us ample of space. He also arranged a lovely tart as a birthday surprise with small snack. Singing birthday song with John and Born just to delight my birthday. There were little gift (Sulwhasoo mini facial product) that comes with hi-tea for us two as well. Memorable birthday celebration at Sofitel end with 30% discount too pay by OCBC card! Thank you guys, who served us. Especially Wenz, John, Born, Haryani, and the other gentlemen whom I don’t know his name. Merci Beaucoup Sofitel.
