The hotel's style, quality of furnishing and overall ambiance is very dated, but clean and spacious. The service at the front desk could be improved, as it somehow reflects the dated style of the hotel. The guy in the kitchen at breakfast service was however fantastic and very helpful. The breakfast choices and quality was that of a higher quality hotel. The staff at the front desk were not very friendly or courteous. The chef at breakfast was fantastic. Very dated The breakfast was fantastic.

It was my first time in this hotel and I would definitely recommand it and stay there again. Everything was perfect : the quality of the rooms, spacious, confortable and very quiet. The breakfast was very generous with lots of different choices for anybody's taste, savoury or sweet. Small bar in the lobby, perfect while waiting for transportation to go to city center or if you prefer to stay put. 15 minutes drive ( when no traffic) to go to Alstadt / downtown or to the Messe if you're there on business. And with all that, a very resonnable price. A very good value for money, that's for sure ! Thank you !

I have been using this hotel for years with more and less good experiences. Unfortunately there are als additional annoyances of general nature. I find it extremely annoying to enter and to leave the hotel with the stench of cigarettes. The situation becomes even worse whenconferences take place and dozens of people stand in front of the hotel en blokking the entrence. Meeting breaks only take place in the lobby and at the hotel entrance, which causes enourmous noise pollution for other hotelguests who then have breakfast. I believe that the general visitor is also entitledto some rest during breakfast. Breakfast: the first guest has a full choice, after that it is hardly refilled, occasionally replanishe upon request. Mostly when it's gone, it'ś gone. The food variations moderate. Help is very slow. see above

Nice and friendly team, the best of all was the swimming pool, sauna, and small gym. Old, elevators are weird. There was an event during my stay and I was allowed to eat at the buffet, this was amazing!

It is a nice hotel with nice staff. The pool and sauna is a plus. We booked 2 privilege suites and enjoyed the spacious room with separate living room and free minibar. Big parking. The man behind the bar was very nice, actually all the staff. The privilege suites are spacious and clean. 15 minuten by car to Düsseldorf city centre Modern and clean We ordered pasta on our first evening. Although we arrived quite late, the restaurant was still open.
