What a fabolous stay. Got my upgrade very fast with Gold Member Accor and really love the staf to ease my moves. Foods and facilities are perfect. Gonna recommend everyone to stay here forever! I hope to take my family and colleagues for having great time in Novotel Cikin!

Book in Executive class, the room is convenient and the staffs were helpful. Unfortunately only 1 room dedicated for smoking and I didn't get it. So I need to went down to caffe in the 2nd floor or find another place just to smoke while working for something...
