Excellent lodging for an amazing trip. Both the location and the service are excellent in my opinion. Easy to visit, with a friendly and eager staff. The receptionist, Ms. Bao, is very helpful and encouraging when someone in my family is ill. In addition, the breakfast is tasty and fits my family's palate. Will never stay anywhere other than the Novotel Phu Quoc

Loved our beachfront bungalow with private pool!

We spent 3 nights at the Novotel and absolutely loved our room with private pool. We spent a whole day lazing on the banana lounges, would've been a bit nicer if they'd put the cushions on them though. The staff were all very accommodating and very helpful. The breakfast was good with lots of options. There was a massage place on the beach just metres away from our room which was amazing, well priced and honestly the best massage I've ever had in my life, and I have had many! The Phu Quoc market was just across the road, so we were able to eat the local cuisine and stock up on snacks and beverages cheap cheap. Overall I would recommend the Novotel for your stay on Phu Quoc.

it was a nice attempt to live in this resort. However, i would expect more for the soundproof walls in the resort, cuz we can hear the sound of TV in the next room.
