Overall hotel stay should have been good, however I was so disappointed on the second day because of the breakfast buffet. While I was getting some food, your crew approached me and asked what my room no. is, so I told her. And then she came to me second time with the hotel list to clarify which room no. and searched for my name on the list. I already felt a bit upset at that time because she sounded like she was doubting me of something. And then for the 3rd time, she came to me again to tell breakfast is not included in my booking. Though I was already upset at that time, I tried to compose myself and told her I paid for the breakfast. While I was looking for a table to settle at, I passed by her on the phone and heard her mentioning my room no. I supposed she was talking to the reception to verify if I really paid for the breakfast. And for the fourth time, she approached me while I was already eating and told "madam, you paid for 1 person only." Well, obviously I am alone in the table! What was she trying to say?? I tried to control answering her beçause I may say something not good, but that made me really upset. I lost my appetite afterwards and ended up not enjoying the breakfast.

Everything was good as expected or better, the place is nice, clean in general, and has a good location near both Dragon marts. the only negative things were that doesn't have a covered parking, and we felt like would be good to use Detol in cleaning the room (which is totally personal opinion) as we felt the Air was not very clean and we had throat pain.

More than perfect but tone day cleaning of the room was not up to hotel stander, the floor was not cleaned, bedsheet was not changed, steping tawel was put instead of face tawel. I was not at all happy... But one cleaning guy was cleaning the next room he did my room but that took my time to rest and get ready for my next work.
