The hotel has recently been refurbished. The room I had was comfortable, but noisy due to machinery outside the window which operated all night. Breakfast, which is part of the deal, was OK. Location is great, walking distance to the underground at Earls Court.

Its not the best hotel for sure. There were renovations taking place. My room was on two levels, th ebathroom was tiny and it did not have a proper door that closed, For what I paid it was a joke.

Not up to standards previously enjoyed at Accor hotels. For the price, the room was very small and the bathroom shabby. As a Silver member, I received the voucher for a welcome drink. When I used it, the staff member insisted that it was only valid for one drink, despite the fact that we were two people staying in a double room. In the past, the drinks voucher has always been valid for two when booked in a double room. A more senior staff member eventually sorted it out, but the original staff member was quite impolite.

Experience overall was good. Rooms are small (especially with the extra bed), but clean. En-suite is tiny, but practical. We were in room 113, couldn’t leave the window open due to the air con noise and pigeons in the cordoned off area. Breakfast was good. Staff friendly. We would come back.

A equipe do hotel faz a estadia valer a pena, trabalham muito, fazem de tudo para agradar e são muito gente boa! Fomos presenteados com um quarto maior pois ficamos por um bom tempo... Valeu muito a pena, obrigado! Café da manhã bom, mesmo com muitos hospédes, tudo funcionou bem! O quarto é acarpetado (novo), não há muito espaço para bagagens. Pra nós, tudo ok, mas quem gosta de levar muita coisa, se prepare... Banheiro no padrão europeu de banheira/chuveiro, pequeno, mas OK. Localização excelente, a poucos metros da estação Earl's Court (linhas District e Picadilly), 20 min do centro de Londres. Muitos restaurantes, bares, mercados express, movimento direto! O preço é um pouco salgado, mas é Londres. Há muitos outros lugares mais caros e de qualidade duvidosa. Não é o padrão Ibis "Styles" nos quartos (em relação à modernidade), mas nos atendeu perfeitamente. Novamente, obrigado ao staff, todas foram sensacionais! Último detalhe: se nós no Brasil temos nossa tomada de três pinos, se preparem que eles (UK) também tem a própria. Há um mercado todo em cima dos turistas para vender adaptadores. A recepção vende por 5 libras, pra quem quiser, vale a pena. Usamos a USB da TV para carregar celulares. I don't have enough words to compliment the staff of this hotel. They make it worthy. They're restless, kind and don't measure efforts in order to make your stay as great as possible. We were given a larger than usual room as we stayed for an extended period of time. It was a real gift... The breakfast is very good, despite having so many guests, everything went well, food quality is great and I managed to have gluten free items free of charge, daily. Bathroom has the traditional bathtub/shower and is quite small, but no big problem. Room floor is carpeted, quite new, no allergies. Not much space to leave luggage, but it was enough for us. For those who like to pack a bunch of stuff, you'll struggle. Location is great, quite close to Earl's Court underground station (Picadilly/District). 20 min to Central London. Many restaurants, bars, etc. A bit expensive, but it's London... I bumped into many other places with higher prices and lower standards. It's not the usual Ibis Styles standard (I mean rooms), but the staff, again, makes it a great stay. Last but no least, visitors from outside UK: power outlets are completely different! They sell adaptors at reception (5 pounds, good price). Room TV has a USB entrance you may use as well.

We expected a small room considering the excellent location and the moderate pricing of this hotel. We were able to navigate our way around London easily from the Earls Court station. My only criticisms, and they are minor, are that the coffee at breakfast wasn’t good and the hand basin in the bathroom was too large for the size of the room. A smaller basin would facilitate easier movement in the bathroom. The staff were amazing in their professional, courteous, friendly, highly competent and very obliging manner. The room was kept clean, neat and well serviced. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

I love Ibis hotels. I like this hotel (usually), the staff are great and normally it is fine. This time I booked a solo room which was too small for human habitation and had a night light on all night (because it had a flight of stairs in the already tiny room). You should warn people just how small these rooms are and that they will have to sleep with a 'prison' light on all night.

We always stay here when coming to London for anything as the staff are lovely and are always helpful and it’s in a great location , breakfast is good and place is lovely and clean . There was a little bit of background. ?? Heating system or ventilation noise heard from room at night altho we were so tired we slept ok anyway .
