I was assigned a room which shower leaked water outside after a while. They switch me rooms and the second had the same problem, it wasn't until the thrid room that this wasn't a problem. The water of the shower was only warm, I wish it was hotter. Room service food also said "Fresh Fish" and what I got was a very expensive dish, but the flavor was not good and very dry probably frozen fish is what I got. Same with the fried potatoes. And 2 weeks of the exact same breakfast can take a tall on anyone.

Overall, reasonably satisfied with the hotel and staff. One of the managers in the restaurant, however, is well deserving of special praise. Loreto went out of her way with multiple guests to ensure their dining experiences were excellent. We felt as though we were dining in a cross between a 5-star restaurant and a cozy family cafe. This staff member should be used as a standard for other staff at the hotel and is well deserving of a promotion.

Rooms barely basic. Restaurant service very slow, there is not enough people for guests' attention. Breakfasts are awful congestion experience.
