deluxe is spacious room and have great view, breakfast is for 2 adult and 2 child under 12 yrs is free, swimming pool is have warm water is a plus, parking is limited, easy to find food and mini market, the only one accor hotel at malang

- Breakfast was not too good in terms of quality and variant - There's a repair work right in front of my room at night that make me awake - WiFi reception are mediocre - No water in the gym - Parking is a nightmare

Pros : Good stay.. new hotel, small but clean very functional bathroom since it split the shower room n toilet and also put thw washtafel n hairdryer separately. Warm watee pool make my daughter very happy. Cons : when first using the shower the water smell is not good howevwr after some time the smell is gonw.

My room are simple but convenience. I have a good sleep. Room is clean but some improvement can be done in lobby area, including toilet. Some problem during check in time, take a long time to get my room available.

Arrived with check in issue that need to have some arguments with receptionists regarding the payment. Towel not ready in the room and need to wait a while before taking a bath. The access to lobby is limited, so the driver need to do some backwards manouvers.

Great experience staying at IBIS STYLES Malang. The Room is very spacious, clean and the layout is compact. The bed is very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and everyday they always ask if we needed any new towel. And the care 'cause when we told them that we going for a Bromo tour, they kindly let us know if we would like a take away box for breakfast. The Breakfast food is various and tasteful. All in all, great stay experience.

All things at Ibis was great for me n my kids.. Delicious breakfast, The hotel staff is friendly, clean n fresh room with awesome view. But There was something that made me disappointed, i should stay there 2 nights, but it turned out that it could only be 1 night because someone had already booked the room. And when I check in at 2 pm I have to wait for some time because the room is still not ready (maybe there are still guests).
