The staff were great and helpful but the room was not the cleanest and some lights didn't work and fridge was very poor at keeping things cold

not impressed with swiping $100.00 of my credit card and then having to pay my incidental charges on top when I have checked out, my question is why wasn't the original charge of $100.00 taken off my bill upon finalization. It has now been 3 days since I checked out and still have not received the original $100.00 back to my Credit card. this just looks like a cash crab by your company with good knows how many other customers money you are sitting on acquiring interest into your bank account.

The experience was enjoyable and the staff were accommodating. I would have liked to have seen milk provided in the room for making coffee, even if it was only long life.

Overall experience was good, no issues at all with any of the staff. The room was well appointed and clean. The shower was not operating correctly, both hand held and rain shower head were operating at the same time, tap to switch between was broken. No really a big issue for a guy but if a female is staying in the room it would be annoying. I reported it to reception on checkout, room was 6406

We were overal happy. Things we thought needed addressing was the in room pod machines. They were blocked and filthy. Also unless we purchased water there was no water made available for the machine. We were also advised as we were guest to sam and Minhs wedding that we would receive a small gift. This never happened and I know other guests who also didn’t receive the “small gift”. We would stay again as the staff were very accommodating. The bed was comfortable and overal clean environment.

Our stay at the Pullman Albert Park was excellent. We had a basic room but it was large and very comfortable . Bathroom had lots of bench space for both our toiletries. Bed was very comfortable. Easy carpark on 1st level didn't have to go down 8 floors. Check in online easy and check out. Overall excellent value and service 😊
