We stayed for 1 night on a family trip. Staff were helpful, efficient and the rooms immaculate. Easy parking in the underground garage and right next to a tram stop. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel was nice. My only issue was that the fridge with the complimentary water was dirty in the inside a.d although they added water after we took some, it was not cleaned. The rest was really good. Looking forward to visiting again

Good palace to Stay in Basel

I have booked a queen size room at the Novotel Basel City. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from Basel SBB railway station, or you can take trams 10, 11 or 16 to the hotel or from the hotel to the city centre. The room faced the street and was on the top floor, so it was quiet and not noisy, even the situation. They rooms have a kettle, tea, coffee and on the bathroom they offer all the toiletries required. The staff are really nice, they all speak English and are really helpful. I highly recommend the bar and the restaurant, the food is really good.
