« Excellent as usual! »

This was my second stay with my family. Got the two connecting rooms and higher floor - as requested. Breakfast is good, front desk efficient and concierge team are super friendly and helpful. The hotel benefits from have a well stocked 7 Eleven in the lobby - useful for late night snack and refreshments. Check out the Bangkok Arts and Cultural Centre nearby. There is an excellent won ton noodle shop in there and great way to chill out.

« Disappointing stay. »

The water pressure was low & the heater is not working properly. There's not enough shampoo in the dispenser that disrupted my bath. The connecting door is poorly designed that get in the way of both main doors, obstructing people from coming in & going out. As a member I was only allowed to extend check out to 1pm as compared to Mercure & Holiday Inn is 2pm, as such my mother-in-law who was tired has to wait at the lobby instead of waiting in the room for us.

The hotel is next to BTS station which is very convenient. The room is nice and clean. Staffs are very friendly. The size of the room is ok for one person or a couple. There was only a shower cap in the bathroom for a standard double. My floor was very noisy from bad manner guests which ruin my stay.

The location of the hotel is vety strategic. Near to Nation Stadium BTS station and MBK shopping complex. Short walking distance to Siam Centre, Siam Square and Siam Paragon. Comfy bed but the sound insulation not so good. We can hear the kids running and the next room guest talking. The staff is very helpful and attentive.

we enjoy staying at Ibis Siam for it great location, the bts station just few step away, and there are 7 Eleven 24 hours in the hotel area that was very helpful. The room are spacious enough for 2 people.. and the hotel staff was very helpful when we ask them to give us 2 connecting bed rooms. Definitely will recommend Ibis Siam to our friends and family.

Soap dispenser within the shower compartment was empty and was only refilled after being told to do so. The light was dim in the entire room and power charging of more than one equipment at the same time is a challenge.

Good Stay. Warm welcome when I arrived closed to midnight. Appreciated the fruit platter with dragonfruit, nice warm welcome . Every day the room was nice and tidy. Although at times would be good if it was cleaned a little bit earlier, but other than that the room was clean and was very satisfied. Would be good if the tv in the room could be upgraded to a more modern one. also would be good if with the new tv they had something like chrome cast, where you could play movies off of your devices onto the tv. (just suggestions thats all) Internet was ok , a little bit slow at times. Other than that had a very good stay. Check out was also very smooth friendly efficient. Staff were courteous and professional which was great. Had a good stay :)

Room was abit dim but the location is good. Is very near to bts. There are stains are the bedsheet which their service is good, the staff change 3 times for the bedsheet as there are stains on the bedsheet being bought up. Counter service was abit slow, even i check in online i still have to wait some time to take my room card.

I was told a certain price online when I got there they charged me much more I tried explained to them.Also the rooms were much more smaller than I had thought when I booked online they appeared larger. The service was very cordial and helpful but over all I was not really happy I moved to another hotel !

Located directly by public transport (BTS) and close to a number of malls. The restaurant is good and the buffet breakfast offered food for all tastes. Pleasant and quiet bar area with both indoor and outdoor seating. The rooms are typical Ibis and compact, most suitable for a short stay.

Everything is good. Located right infront of the BTS National Stadium. Walking distance to MBK as well as Siam Discovery, Siam Paragon, Siam Square etc. Would recommend to get Grab instead of the Taxi ordered by the hotel. This is not the first time I got turned down by the Taxi driver to use the metre. The taxi driver will only mention NO METRE when we start our journey.

We stayed in this hotel for 5 days and 4 nights. This hotel is very convinient, so close to the BTS train station so it’s easy to navigate na area, only walking distance to MBK, platinum and pratunam shopping area. You cant get hungry in this area, there were so many good restaurant and street food cart, from fresh fruits, bbq, fine dining etc. I would highly recommend this hotel, really value for Money! Well Done!

The hotel is located near National Stadium BTS station and is within walking distance to Siam BTS station! Wonderful location! And there's a seven-eleven convenient store on the first floor, so it was nice to grab a quick snack. The room was clean and just enough for myself to stay for a night.

This was the 2nd time we stayed in Ibis Siam. We were very satisfied the 1st time we stayed i.e last year. This time, overall it was OK except that the water pressure in the sink and shower were low and the TV reception was bad. We informed the front desk & she sent someone to check the water pressure. The maintenance guy rectify the paip on the sink but insisted that the shower water pressure was normal. I said no, but he kept insisting the water pressure cannot be too strong. I know the water pressure can be better coz we stayed in the hotel last year. I was not happy.
