There is nothing much to comment on. Everything (except someone left over half avocado in the minibar) was as to be expected. Had a bite to eat in the hotel bar in the evening. very decent. Bed comfortable. You cannot stay any closer to the Eurostar.

This was a very nice hotel. The personnel was okay and the room was okay as well. Everything was clean, but not everything was working okay. The hotel is at the Brussels Midi station. If that's a good thing I don't know. Unfortunately the price/quality ratio was crazy.

The shower in room 422 does not drain properly and can easily flood the room if the water remains running during a shower. Consequently, I had to turn the water off periodically to avoid flooding the bathroom. Otherwise, the staff, room, room service, food were all a 10.

Just inside Brussels-Midi, very convenient. Room is spacious, breakfast is good. There were reviews which mentioned about the area being dodgy but our families didn't feel so. Great place to stay overall.

We stayed three separate times over two weeks. Each stay was remarkable.The rooms were clean and quiet, with blackout curtains. The staff was extremely helpful and took great care of us. We did not eat at the hotel. The hotel is within the Midi train station with direct access to many locations. It's about 15 minutes walk to the Grand Place. The area around the hotel looks a bit sketchy but we never felt unsafe nor were we ever harassed. I highly recommend the Pullman Brussels Centre Midi.

This hotel is our regular stopover when holidaying on the European mainland. As ever, we found the service and accommodation ideal for our needs. It is a pity that mid-week prices are so high, but we are being more careful in future when arranging our holiday dates!

I am a disable person for me to stay at Pullman’s midi is the best choice. When I arrived the room booked was not ready , but was given an alternative room , which I said no when booking/Reservation . I can understand it was busy time of the year ‘Easter Holidays ‘. I ask to use my loyalty points part of my stay and that was not the case after I saw my email . I trust Accor brand and should not be correcting your mistakes in every occasion I stay with you . That’s not fair . I don’t want to keep on writing what was not done on each stay , I get tired and it is not what I expect from Accor hotels that is why I agree to pay premium price for my stay and always get very disappointed after my departure this shouldn’t happen. I know you will send me a two line email to say sorry . Please don’t disappoint me again . I hope this is the last time for me to write to you about my uncomfortable experience with AccorHotels. I don’t like writing these surveys but that the reality.

Dear Sir Thank you for taking the time to provide us your valuable feedback. I have just spoken to the receptionist on shift who advised me that on this occasion you've requested to have a room on the third floor. We have become accustomed in giving you a room on the 9th as we feel the quality of the room better fits your requirements. As explained in the past, we have already changed the shower chair in this particular room (901) to raise the standard of our disabled rooms. Unfortunately at the time of your arrival the room on the third floor was not ready, however the room on the 9th was. In verification of your invoice I also noticed that the points have actually been used for the payment of your stay. However, as you booked a non flexible rate you prepaid the reservation in advance. The team decided to refund your visa for the payment; as you requested to pay with points, and used your points to finalize the payment. We are truly sorry that you feel this was once again a disappointing experience but to our knowledge we tried our utmost to comply to your requests.
