Whatever is covered by the daily routine works well. Unfortunately, even for long term regular guests it seems to be impossible to provide a little extra service. I´m not utilising all the complimentary offers connected with a suit. But I would be thankful for my 3 regular requirements to be taken care of. It seems to be impossible...

Very nice place, great rooms confortable, but no electric outlets at beds head to charge the cell phones. So you must ask (or buy) extension cords... Pool is fine and clean, business center is wonderful on 52nd Floors. The Buffet on B1 is superb and generous. The problem we have was with the SPA on 5th floor (which do not belong to the Hotel) clean but the massages are not very professionnal. At the end all your Credit Cards are not accepted by their machine(?) so they force you to pay cash, and they can not give you a receipt, you have to come back.. A classic tourist trap which could not find place in a Pullman Hotel.

« Very nice hotel, good staff, good buffet, super vue of HK harbor from the terrace bar on 27th Floor. »

It was painful to get a reservation from the Pullmann in Shanghai... It took me 4 days to get a 2 beds room.. I still dont understand why I was asked for my Accor card, or pass, or I dont know what but that was the 1st question arriving to the 1st floor buffet, or to 27th floor... I am a member from Accor but I never received a card, or a pass... I just have this long 16 digits # on my iPhone... Am I missing something?

« Not as good as before »

I stayed in the hotel couple of time already, i noted a big change on customer services. It used to be customer oriented with professional staff, now we feel the persons working for hotel has no any single experience and not willing to communicate in English. All requested took agees to get, at executive the staff did not want to make effort to satisfy any of our request. Furthermore, we come for business, it is abnormal there is no plug for computers.

The Pullman Shanghai Skyway hotel is the best hotel in Shanghai. Especially because of his downtown Shanghai Huangpu location. The staff is very friendly and try their utmost to confort the guests. So I only can recommend this hotel for everybody. Doesn't matter is you stay for business or holidays.

First time in Pullman and what a disappointment. The interior of the hotel and the rooms are like from 70s. Old wooden cabinets in the room was obviously dated. Location is good but other than this, not worth the price. It's a 3 star hotel feel.

« Average facilities, foods are disappointing »

Check in/our was smooth and people were kind and professional. Unfortunately, the foods are really far from meeting the level it should be. Dinner buffet was a bad experience because of the quality and taste of food. Some good staff come to save the party.... very good attitude for 1 particularly! Room is ok and I enjoyed the swimming pool with my toddler of 4 years old

The front desk is tremendously helpful, particularly the staff who help me to check in. He demonstrate true hospitality by doing the best to ensure guest is well taken care. However, I am disappointed with the food quality in your hotel. I had two room service for dinner in separate nights and both nights experienced was awful. The first night, I ordered Chinese cuisine and they were not fresh and portion was extremely small given the price charged. The second room service was worst - ordered Western food, steak. First delivery, steak came raw instead of medium raw as per order. Second delivery, meat looks rotten and disgusting. It took almost 2 hours from first room delivery to the second delivery. In the end, I had no proper dinner and only 2 glass of wine. There is additional line item charged in the amount of RMB 78 for drinks which no single transaction as such has been made. I asked check out receptionist and she informed that only 2 line items for meals; breakfast and dinner room service. Trusted her and surprise to see a line item for drinks when I checked my invoice after I return to Singapore.

Staff has been fantastic, room was wonderful, construction (painting and tarps in the hallway) was unexpected but manageable. Meeting room equipment has been updated and is fine - could use some newer flip charts. The gym really needs an update - personally I'd replace the big white machine (that no one uses) with a functional training system machine (happy to send a picture if you want) For $3 or $4K US you could free up some space and add a piece of equipment that will get used
