« Too expensive for the quality of the room and the hotel in general »

Everything was good in terms of cleaning and how the hotel is kept. Nevertheless, the price asked for the room seemed to me a bit higher compared to the "luxury" offered.

Even though the hotel is out of the centre it is only across the road from the trams and buses into the centre and as a tourist you get free transport. The hotel was clean and staff friendly. It is very basic. No tea or coffee facilities in the room, no clock. We took a European charger for our phones but they didn’t fit the sockets. When asked at reception they said they were the wrong ones and wanted to charge us 15chf for one that would fit. In the breakfast room there was USB ports so was able to use them. The breakfast was very basic and not much choice.

« My stay was very clean and simple. »

I enjoy staying at the Ibis. The staff is very friendly and I can always expect clean rooms with the basics provided for me (towels, pillows, WiFi, soap, hair dryer, etc.) The rooms are not fancy, but they include all the necessities. They are very good for a week or less stay, but they are a bit small for any longer than that. I will definitely stay at the Ibis in the future - very good service.

The rooms are big enough for a week-end and clean. The staff is very friendly. The newly renovated bar-area is a good place to chill. The rooms where comfortable to sleep (In previous years they had been too hot), but sounds from noisy neighbours were easily heard.

I was very happy with the staff, they were very friendly and always helpful. The price of the accommodation is very good, just a few stops by tram from the city at a more reasonable price. The room was very clean and just the appropriate size. What to improve: possibility to open the window in the room. And also to only block the price of the room on one's credit card, not anything extra (request was submitted to book CHF 300 extra from my card).

The IBIS Petit Lancy has had a facelift in the reception and lobby area, so it was bright and staff were welcoming. I did feel valued as an Accor Hotels member. Room clean and as expected.

The room was nice, the bed was comfy as usual. Sadly the breakfast selection has been reduced, especially as I am vegetarian. For the duration of my stay the Wifi was out of action which was disappointing.
