I was received warmly by the registration desk staff after a very long and tiring trip. My room was comfortable, nice desk, great view of downtown and the canal below. Breakfast was very good with a variety of foods from different parts of the world. Maybe more different kinds of sushi might have been good. I was able to print documents by sending them to the lobby desk e-mail, which was convenient. It was sad that I was there while there was an air contamination emergency with schools closing and people in the streets wearing masks. I think Novotel should press the city to make necessary changes to clean up the air (traffic, factories, burning, etc.)

Hotel staffs are good, friendly and helpful. Especially my house keeper, Preeyarat S. (Nickname: Hom). Although her English is not strong, but she put in her most effort to understand and serve us well. Her smiles really warms our hearts. About the rooms, facilities were good enough, maybe you may consider to install power point beside both sides of beds instead of just one side. Also may consider to use power point with USB plugs included. Think this type of plugs is very common nowadays even we can find them at airports. With this type of plugs, it will be very convenient for those guests who had just brought the cables without the plugs. Shower rooms privacy curtain- you may wish to check on the material used, as this time round, I check-in as a family thus is still "acceptable" for us. But if I check-in with my friends or colleagues, it might be embarrassed that we still can see thru as the material for the privacy curtain was too thin (Room 2019). Cleanliness- Found a small yellowish stain on the bed sheet after the housekeeper clean and change the bed sheet. Thought they will change on the second day, but when I get back at night, saw the bed sheet was neatly make up, but when I lifted up the blanket to check on the bed sheet, found the yellowish stain was still there. I had showed the the stain to Hom but I know the one who make up my room was not her as she was on off day. Hom felt sorry and did apologise many times to me and she did offer to change the sheet for me. I rejected her offer as I am checking out the following day.

Novotel Platinum is located in a very convenient area where all the mega shopping malls are. Staff are friendly. Just hope they will give me a non-corner room next time. Facilities like rooftop swimming pool and bars are relaxing. Do keep the sofa seats linen non-stained. Very good massages too. Love the welcome drink! Thank you!

I was met & greeted by guest relation officer Ponly. Well mannered, sweet, pleasant & helpful. Check in was quick & smooth on level 6. Housekeeping was abit slow perhaps due to language but it is not issue. Room are ok, stayed on higher floor (20th) with great views especially at night.Breakfast was sumptuous & variety. Location was great. Shops, big shopping malls& eateries..Starbuck & Swensen just around the corner. Noisy on level 1 due to tourist waiting for transfer otherwise is ok. I had the opportunity to stay in the Executive Suite and the check-in procedure was such a pleasant experience. My mum was very impressed and she is hard to impress. The facilities and amenities were all that we could have asked for in a hotel. We had our first dinner in the Platinum Restaurant and the quality of the deep fried prawn with cream sauce was a disappointment, and the service not reaching the mark. 1) The prawn shell was not crispy and the prawns were not fresh. 2) We did not get the cream sauce until I reminded the waitress. It's a good thing I remembered because a lot of the time, I tend to forget what the entire dish comprises of. 3) The waitress had to be reminded on the welcome drinks. 4) It is hard to flag down a staff. 5) The waiter who handled our bill had to be reminded that we are due for a 20% discount. We never went back again. The coffee house, The View, the spa, the gym, the wonderful Suite - were all good.

We would like to thank our housekeeping staff, Cat. She does the housekeeping diligently. The room was always neat and tidy when we came back. We requested for shaving blade and was promptly placed at our room when we came back. Location of the hotel was unbeatable, especially so now as the ratchaprasong bridge links all the way from the hotel to the Chit Lom BTS. The staff on the 1st level were also very helpful. We wanted to take a taxi to Chinatown one day and they actually helped us to negotiate the price with the driver. Very thoughtful of them. This hotel will definately be our first choice the next time when we are back.

Great location, spotless clean room, professional staff, great food for breakfast, etc. Overall, it was a satisfying stay. Some of the things that can be improved: -Malfunction of the ceiling shower: even I choose to use the handheld shower system, some cold water drops from the ceiling shower head. -It would be good to have information/instruction on how to use the water heater (eg. how long it takes to heat the water) -I would prefer to have outlets/plug sockets on both sides of the bed. One of the outlets around the desk didn't work.

Stayed with this property for the first time in 2 different stay period:-1) 1-4 Feb2) 5-7 Feb Location is absolutely fantastic, direct accessibility to Platinum Shopping Centre and the convenience of R Walk sky bridge to nearby malls such as CentralWorld and Big C. However downside could be the noise level from the traffic right outside the hotelChecked in was smooth, the ladies (Amp ans didn’t get the name of other) at the Le Club counter were very helpful and tried their best in room assignment since we have 2 rooms. The upgrade is really appreciated! Breakfast was good with wide variety, and servers were quick to clear our plates. Tried the spa and massages too, treatment was fine however does not have shower facility and it seems like a makeshift venue and treatment rooms were right beside the pool so occasionally disturbed by the noise from the kids at the pool.Overall pleasant stay and would stay here again for future family trips to Bangkok.

First, let start with the good one. I was served by 3 different front desk ladies, Nam, Amp and Ponly in 2 different check in stay. They make ensure my check in smooth and ensure my stay is comfortable. As a frequent traveller, they are the best front desk staff I met. Now, the bad one. I am Accor Platinum holder. I visited the Executive lounge on 29 Jan about 7pm so to plan to have my dinner instead going out. There were 3 staff but none of them approach me. I waited for 20min and then walk out without eating. I was so disappointed the way they treated a loyalty customer.

I was pleased that you had a smooth check in and that your stay was comfortable. At the same time, please accept my sincerest apologies for your experience in the Executive Lounge. While hour canape and cocktail hours are between 5pm and 7pm, there is no excuse for any of our team not acknowledging you. We have just hired an Executive Lounge Manager and I am very confident all challenges that any guest experience in this area or have experienced in the past will be eliminated.
