Surprised the other half for her birthday with this trip to Paris. We stayed 3 nights and paid extra for the room with the balcony view of the Eiffel Tower. Now honestly the view is absolutely amazing really is breathtaking, however I was really disappointed with the actual room. Paid over £1000 for 3 nights and the room was meh. Air con didn’t work / showers had a design fault where it leaked all onto the bathroom floor, door to the balcony would blow open ( was really windy that night to be fair but never the less ) Service from staff was as expected, nice and friendly ( we did get a handwritten birthday card upon request as a nice gesture ) The view at night is stunning but the room quality is very basic for the money you pay, if you can weigh it up with the view then each to their own I guess. There is apple macs free to use, breakfast is like any standard hotel breakfast, nothing special but still good. All rooms from what I could tell were joint rooms ( only a door separating your neighbourh ) you can hear every damn word the person next to you is saying, this again really let’s down the experience, lucky we only had someone next to us on our last night. So all in we did have a fab time, we were on the 7th floor (High room) just a shame the value for money in terms of the room isn’t up to any standard. You really do just pay for an astonishing view of the Effie tower and handy location to the tram and train line

I was surprising my fiancée for her birthday with this surprise trip. Paid extra for a room facing the eifle tower. The view it’s self is breath taking however the room I wasn’t impressed with. We stayed for 3 night all in costing £1000 - and if I’m truly honest I’m really disappointed with the room we had. The room is very basic, and a bit run down. The shower design was flawed which mean it leaked onto the bathroom floor, there was only one mirror to get ready in front of which was in the bathroom ( usually there is one at the desk in most hotels) the space for hanging up your clothes was very small. The door to the balcony at night when the wind blew through would open. We were supposed to have air con but that didn’t work and the room was extremely warm which meant we had to sleep with the balcony door open. No complimentary water charging 5€ for a small bottle. Staff was friendly, there is macs to used ( in french though) hotel reception is pretty cool. The view you get of the Eiffel Tower is truly amazing but is it worth the money we paid for that room? Breakfast is your standard buffet option. Pretty good and service was good. We stayed in room 713 ( a high room, which we asked for - again good view but does it compensate for the rooms flaws )

I stayed for 5 nights at Pullman. The procedure on check-in was kind and favorable for me despite of early time for check-in, around 10:50 am. And he who was in charge of check-in provided temporary bed for my daughter. I really appreciate it. And the facility and all hardware were very good to be suitable for the reputation of Pullman. But my expectation was thoroughly collapsed since check-in. Almost all employees were very discourteous and rude. Nobody said hello prior to customer nevertheless employee and me caught each eyes at near distance. Moreover, a maid removed a speaker in the room without any excuses or mention in advance, and disregarded the request to return a gown back to the room. The worst thing was refractory attitude of some employees at Buffet restaurant for breakfast. The old person who cooked fried eggs & omelette was so rude and haughty. He intentionally ignored customer’s presence although customer stood in front of him more than 10 minutes, and just chattered with his colleagues including Mr. Kaar who served with tiresome face all the days. Or he burned off fried egg too much on purpose and passed it over roughly. I guess he may be a racist on Asian people. He must know that his such a rude behavior could negatively affect the fame and operation of Hotel Pullman and even AccorHotel in worldwide. I think that Hotel operation is so attractive and the most important business in the hospitality industry. The courteous attitude and true kindness of employee who encounter customers at the site must be a core in the service industry. I appreciate that I had stayed at your hotel well and came back working place. I sincerely wish your hotel prosperity. Thank you.

Very impressed by location could walk to the Eiffel Tower within a couple of min. Also restaurants and other amenities were in easy reach. Beds very comfortable and shower facilities excellent. Staff polite if you ask them questions but felt they could have been a little bit more friendlier when you walk pass them. Also I had to produce paperwork proving that I paid for an Eiffel Tower view room as the member of staff checking us in was initially going to put us in standard room. They should have all the correct information on record especially when I have paid for this.

Paid extra to get a decent room and got a much worse room then my colleagues. The bed was horrible so I did not get much sleep during my stay. Minibar was never refilled with water bottles and reception refused to sell water. Worst and slowest bar service ever. All drinks were served in hot glassess. Generally there was really not much good to say about the hotel, really disappointing stay that only assured that I will avoid any Pullman hotels in future

The staff was very nice and welcoming. I was given a free upgrade which was great. The view of Eiffel tower was breathtaking. The bed was comfortable but squeaky. I did not try the food so not sure about food services.

Too many people in front of the hotel smoking, that's the first impression arriving at the hotel,Then the reception is hidden, no avalable at the first glance, only the security people is welcoming you and giing you information. Elevators are like the subway at the peak hours

Check in was okay at best. We ordered room service several times, generally was good, but the time we ordered using the breakfast checklist there were numerous problems with the meal. The biggest issues were with concierge service. My first attempt I waited ten minutes while the concierge helped someone before me (not fun, but fine). Another person got in the queue behind me, and inexplicably one of your employees came over and started helping him while I was still waiting for the official concierge. When we did book tours through the concierge, two were fine, but the Eiffel Tower tour was a total mess. We made it clear we just wanted time reserve tickets and no tour. She printed us tickets that had a time on them but no instructions in English. We mistakenly assumed she had sold us what we asked for. When we arrived at the correct time at the elevators, we were told we had tickets for a tour and that the office/meeting point was several blocks away. By the time we got there, we were now late and were told if we wanted to wait two hours for the next tour we could go on it, but it would not be to the top. We gave up the 80 Euro we had paid as lost and returned to the Tower and bought our own tickets there and went up. We wanted to ask about a refund, but the concierge desk was so seldomly manned that we did not have anyone to ask before we left.
