The good thing is that the hotel close to Dubai mall. The bad thing is the room very small ,Not clean bathroom , no service when I arrived as I took my handbag to my room by my self

I got a smoking room, which was really smoky, bad smell, no fresh air no hotel facility, not even the ear cotton cleaner. nothing an empty room just with hot water for tea. Hotel has nothing and even not so near to the fair, ( the other ibis is attached to the fair) near hotel you do not find even a supermarket, or restaurant.

Appreciate to work on certain improvements such as cleanliness

Everything was satisfactory until I came to use the hand towel hanged by the sink, it had Blood on it!! It was disgusting and clearly it was a monthly cycle type of blood. I was uncomfortable as I started doubting if the sheets were actually changed. Secondly, I requested a taxi and the team called a car that charges a minimum 35AED without informing me, I was shocked when I had to pay 35AED for literally less than 5 minutes trip. Last point, I settled my bill on the same day of checking in as I was trying to save time for my next morning , yet when handing back the room key, the team informed me that there was a mistake in the amount collected and It was missing 10AED, I payed it cash (no issues ) but accuracy is important when it comes to handling monetary transactions. Hope above issues are addressed

Even though the room is a little bit small, I am very much grateful to the staff of Ibis One Central. They have provided such an amazing service especially to Dynne and Rosalyn. There are too many changes but they didn't fail to still be happy with the service provided to us. Will surely come back and stay again with Ibis.

Request for non smoking room not honored. Given a smoking room

I had to give this location a lower rating as a result of being given a smoking room(1321) when I specifically requested a non-smoking room at check in. I checked in online ahead of arriving and upon arriving, which was after 11 pm, I requested a higher floor away from the elevator. I was offered a smoking room but refused it. I am not a smoker. I was given room 1321( a smoking room) without being told that it was. I was pleased to be assigned a high floor, but kept wondering why it felt like I was surrounded by smoke, but to my fault never questioned it. If you specifically requested non smoking why would they give you a smoking room? That was my thinking. Only upon my departure, on the way out I asked a cleaning staff person, if the 13th fl was a smoking fl and he informed me that both 12th and 13th floors were smoking floors. This is more than just being disappointed with a room. We all know the harm done as a result of second hand smoke.

the bed mattress was too loose and moving around.. when you sit on the bed the mattress would slide on the other side. I stayed in 506 but i think this would be a universal problem.

Very close hotel to the trade center and was very satisfying as I was exhibitor, staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean room and hotel. Room was tiny but with nice view on Burj Khalifa and the city. Food variety on breakfast was very limited
