« Good hospitality with professional service »

I am booked in the hotel and arrived with my rented car. While arriving the team was very helpful and the check-in process was smooth with options to provide (which floor). I had just one concern, that during my stay there was no Shampoo or Shower Gel in the room for the two nights I have stayed, but to be honest, I didn't highlight that. I have booked 2 nights separately one from booking and the other one by calling the hotel, from booking.com we paid around 130 AED less.

Housekeeping service was very good, with lots of attention given to ensure my room was ok. Not impressed with; very limited choice of dining e.g only 1 restaurant open. My key card would be cancelled without informing me if my service charge limit was exceeded. I would only be informed once I went to reception to find out why it didn't work. Taxis used by hotel very expensive, 3 time the cost than the main Dubai taxi operator.

« New and clean rooms but no basic amenities »

The hitel is newly built and it was very welcoming. Best value of the price. But then again no anemities were available simple things like a dental kit / and or body lotion was not available in the room bathroom. On calling at the house keeping they simply turned down the request saying they have no anemities to offer to any guest.

rooms where clean, but really small. Breakfast was good, staff were helpful. Key cards are very sensitive, they get wiped out if placed near a phone !

Overall very good, staff very friendly and helpful. I faced in last my stay 4ths to 6ths Feb 019 with nos of problems in relation with rooms quality on 14th floor and I have to change two rooms and wasted more than three hrs and it was unpleasant .

« It was conveniently located, clean, good staff but lots of gaps in service. »

It was fine overall, a couple of things that could be better Coffee machines need a service, coffee cold. Not enough tea cups at breakfast. You have loads of signs for the 99aed meal in Wok but it does not say 24hr prebooking required. Open the nightclub during big events e.g. Arab Health. Get a better plan for helping people get a taxi. Staff very helpful and friendly especially James.
