I have been staying in the NOVOTEL for the last 7 months in an apartment not once has the rate been reduced a little bit for a long term guest. I am also a top tier member but not revived any Ben’i fits apart from points. The last two months of my stay the tv channels keep freezing and stopping it was reported every day for 60 days as my wife could not watch anything and still not repaired.

The hotel is very nice and also the staff is prepared and Kind. Disappointed about some photos on the website about a view of the hotel with Amazon beach and sea Which does not exist, instead there is a not balneable canal. I did not need the cleaning in the room e very Day but When i need it it Washington not done before the late afternoon and for me is not reasonable.

This hotel was a very good one. Fortunately it has some restaurants, as the surroundings of the hotel have nothing on walking distance. The rooms are nice and clean, everything works as expected and the personnel is very friendly and helpful. Food and drink in the Belgian beer pub are great. Breakfast too. Especially the station where you can order fried eggs and omelettes is very good.

The hotel itself is very good. The people are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are nice and clean and the restaurants all look good (I was at the Belgian beer pub all week). The only thing is the area around the hotel. That's very deserted...

Our stay was for just a night, hence the review would be limited to: Check In Staff: Was very pleasant and courteous (Forgot the Name, He was Nigerian) Cleanliness: The room was clean, especialy the bathroom. The room had all the required amenities for a comfortable stay. Room Service: Ordered a pizza, which I would rate it as 4 out 10. On the whole, our stay was comfortable and would stay again.

I booked this hotel having offer to book advance and avail best available rate. However upon visit, I found that same room price was half and being offered to walk-in guests. Though my room was upgraded probably considering this, it was still $10/night costlier than walk-in price as there was offer going on for walk-in guests during my check-in. Room was good but missing common light in bedroom. If you are habituated to studying under lamp then it gets tough to read in evening or night. Loved swimming pool which was almost I guess 20m in length and gym had enough required equipments and space. Massage here is very expensive as compared to other Novotel hotels I went for massage in Thailand and India. Breakfast was continental and limited varieties. Most facilities are common for both Novotel and ibis hotel as they are beside each other having common lobby area with different receptions.
