Sea view through large window was amazing. In early morning people started reaching the beach and view from window was a great experience. Overall, it was a great experience and I will like to stay again for more time.

overall it was a comfortable stay but there is an ample space to improve the food, specially for north indian and vegetarian ones. We have dinner at the beach side restaurant also, which is a fixed veg & Non Veg Thali. The dishes in veg-thali were all tasteless except yellow dal. So please put some creation and should have more acceptable options in vegetables. Rest was fine, service was good, specially would like to mention again 'Sushant' is an asset in your 24x7 restaurant. Please convey my wishes, very polite and courtesy boy.

Property is nicely located overlooking the sea. Rooms are neat and clean. Specially loved the welcome macaroons and pastry! Staff at the restaurants was very courteous. Front desk staff was rather cold and not very efficient. In spite of booking a king bedroom, we were assigned a room with double beds! The phone didn’t work and staff in the hallway was also of no help. We had to carry our luggage and go back to the front desk and after a good delay I was assigned the right room. I wish the front desk staff had used basic common sense when he saw a couple in front of him, and a selection of a room with double beds! A simple confirmation of our room type would have saved us a lot of hassle and inconvenience. Anyways, barring the check in issue, rest of the stay was good.

It was a great stay with a great start with a warm and fun welcome by RITWIKA . After a great start like that the tone of the rest of my stay was set . The house keeping team was just great so was the gym facility. The view of the beach left me with awesome blissful feel during the morning . Thank you , I am truely a FAN .

was ok service was a bit slow and when I called them to use the beach side bar they mentioned they will give me a accor hotel discount and we land up spending Rs. 11,000/- for 2 hours and they didn't give us any discount and I had spoken to the manager and there was no response... was not happy over all...

Only two complaints. 1. Request for North-facing room, made weeks in advance, was not acted upon. Got such a room, but reservation and reception are not communicating in your system. I get a confirmatory SMS, but that message does not go to the reception computer, thereby a protracted check-in experience. 2. Renovation work (maybe on the top floor) was noisy and disturbed our late sleep-in. Otherwise, good. Helpful staff, good food, cleanliness high, etc. Must commend your concierge (or bell captain), he is smart and quick witted.

The air conditioning was horrible. The filter was completely choked. At 2 am the hotel team suggests to shift to an alternative room after the engineer inspects it 2 am ???????????????????? The room had a particular smell. had to spray perfumes The Duty Manager did not bother meeting the next morning. Is this the way the hospitality industry work ?

I have been Accor group members since many years,with good experiences But this stay was not very good My room number was 341 ,good view room but with poor bathroom doors (very bad,once falling too,reminded housekeeping too,but no response) Poor quality television n remote I was taking photos of my kids with digital camera,got stopped by security officers as there is policy of no digital photography of property is allowed (no were its mentioned or displayed) It’s embarrassing for me

With due regards to your rules, I must suggest the dwellers should have the privilege of going to all floors with the room key, as the lift is restricted to the concerned floor. If myself staying in 2nd floor but my colleague or Boss staying in 5th floor, how to go about it. Who is having so much time to call your attendant and enable the accessibility to desired floor. This was really a bad experience so far my feelings concern. Hope you will think alternative.

Checking was too long due to the reservation that was not found by the receptionist... Then we got a room with not the view reserved on the website, so asked for a change. Then went to the outside bar to enjoy the view with our newborn baby, we were refused to stay there due to the alcohol law and the baby... so no other choice than to drink in a restaurant...
