No Accorplus membership guidelines followed during check-in. Welcome drink coupons not given. Room Has nice sea view but window pans not cleaned. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Swimming pool & sea view made this visit perfect.

It has been a very average stay at Novotel.Its super expensive but services provided is not upto the mark.The reception guy named Mr.Parth needs serious improvement in welcoming guests.He was only there to say NO to most of requests.No smiling face,lacks in welcoming guests,very non cooperative.Need some serious training. Secondly, astonished to see no lock in bathroom.Also very surprised to see curtain outside the bathroom,if pulled up,one can easily get full view of wsshroom.One has to very cautious if travelling with a group of friends. Minibar,airport transfer,breakfast and buffet is super expensive. The only thing stands out is the view of beach from hotel,the swimming pool and food of Sampan restaurant. Overall a very average stay.Expected a lot more.

We had meeting there. There was no coordination of any of department. No one on reception knows about our arrival and early check in. Room was good but bathroom was "singing" bathroom where there is no lock, u have to sing song to tell someone that u r in. Food experience was good but all managers and other employee was looking like they were forced to do this work. No one know how to serve tea coffee.

Stayed for 3 nights (and its monsoon in Mumbai with heavy rains). Thanks to the front office (specially Ritwika) was given a great ocean view room. Rooms are very aesthitically designed. The breakfast at Square is lavish with multiple live options. Staff was very hospitable and took good care. The housekeeping person Akdhay who maintained our room did an excellent job.

Gunja at reception is very rude ! Pls train her. Regular customers require identity every time !! Repair going on. Lots of noise !!! Later on sea facing room was given . While checking in I was told there is no sea view room available. How come In 15 min it got available ??! Disappointing treatment to a regular customer. Thnx you hv Akshay to handle customers.

We didn’t like the rooms as much..we expected bigger rooms..Also, no bathtub was a big downside. To, our surprise, the AC temperature settings were locked on 22•c but there was no flow or cooling in the room even after getting it checked n fixed from housekeeping department. Throughout the night we were perspiring. Property wise, my 4 year old had a great time since it was a beachfront property connecting to Juhu beach. Also, live music n other soft play n child friendly activities were thoroughly enjoyed by her. Overall, we are happy cuz our daughter was really happy n had a great time with beautiful memories. Thankyou!

I had my company event along with the stay. The whole experience was quite dissatisfied. You'll were literally hounding for 100% payment just because of some bad experience in the past. That is your mistake of not tackling a situation but you cannot arm bend and corner a client to make a 100% payment before the event starts, though I had mentioned that the payment will be settled on the same day. one of your executive even told my colleague that you'll will not allow us to start the event.
