the room was dirty and smelly with a shredded curtain, the facility are below expectation and the services are also bad and i truly dont have a single reason to be back to the hotel again in the future

Overall the experience is nice. The room is clean enough (even though there are seen stains in the bedcovers), I wish there are plugs near the bed to charge the phone or laptop - but it's okay.
