Long wait at check-in - 20 minutes to get to room. Room was clean but smelt of stale water, I suspect from the carpets.

It's always good to stay at Novotel. This time the carpet was new and the room was nice as usual. There was a nice fragrance when I entered the room. City view from the window was also very attractive.

Great well and offered room with nice room. Swimming pool is good for kids, there was not much people so that was good. Breakfast was offered with discounted price. Late checkout was allowed. It’s great value for the amount charged. I will visit soon.

Hi, Your team was very good at welcoming me at check-in and check out; also, the breakfast was delicious. Unfortunately I was not happy at the room itself, the AC was not working probably, the towels smell was awful (I think the room was not occupied for long, and they were not changed before I check-in), the wall paint was spoiled (the wall between the bathroom and the room from below). I booked through your website then the process was not completed, and I had to pay around 65 AED more to book at the hotel itself.

Good value for money hotel. My only complaints are Wi-Fi keeps dropping out and smoking is allowed in the Sports bar.

Whilst we are pleased that you feel we continue to offer great value for money we are sincerely sorry for any inconvenience caused during this stay. Our engineering team is looking into the issue with the WiFi but regarding the smoking policy, whilst smoking remains legal indoors in Fujairah we will continue to permit it inside the Sports Lounge. We appreciate that some guests are not used to this hence opening the indoor garden which is smoke free. The room is simple, clean and well equipped with the basics. A big bonus is the very nice Bookstore Bar. What can be improved is the quality of the AC and the comfort of the bed. As for the AC, the room is slightly humid (in September) and in some of the rooms blows directly onto the bed. As for the bed, it would be more comfortable if there would be a softer top layer on the matrass. Recommendation for the shower is to clean the shower head a couple of times a year as it will then give more water.
