Rude behaviour of some of the staffs at kitchen & front office. We have asked for charging of our mobile phone after check-out, male staff at front desk denied it.

Beds were not comfortable, rooms were not cleaned properly, lack of storage facilities etc. The price they charge is so high as compared to the facilities provided by them.

Very basic - not integrated with Accor benefits

The rooms are very small, and Accor benefits are nonexistent, with guest service/interaction reflecting this. I understand it's Ibis Budget, but the prices are quite high. Although breakfast is expensive, it's very basic, and it's non-refundable if you check out early. It's better to pay a bit more and avoid this.

Friendly & perfect Service, especially the Team around Mr. Popescu. But, this Budget is not so suitable for elderly people.

Meloplayer Business - Confirmed reviews ALL

The room was ok but I’d rather pay a bit more and stay in a proper Ibis. Furthermore, it was cheaper to book for the same night via booking.com than the All Accor website, in advance and as a silver member! How can that be!?! Not impressed with that at all.
