Wonderful Front office duty manager Duke and Micheal who let me to use the shower facilities before my mid night flight. as I am Platinum member and also being with this hotel long time. However my wish to use swimming pool was denied by Fitness manager Mr Yuan. Fully Understood that I checked out already however this is the first time I requested to use shower and swimming after I checked out during my 10 years stay with this hotel. Gym and Fitness manager Mr Yuan follow the term and condition of the hotel and even duty manager try to assist me I was not able to use it. Just for the information, rest of the Accor group hotel and Hilton and Hyatt hotel has never refused similar request for the last 20 years. Only asked for first time at this hotel for the last 10 years. Appreciated the shower very much though. Thank you.

inefficiency and confusion in check-in and check-out

I and my friends reserved 3 rooms. However, we spent about 45min for the check-in and check-out time because their documentary is confusing. In addition, facilities are not enough such as Karaoke is closed and badminton court and tennis court are renovated.

it is low building and it resort type of hotel. My room balcony 3rd floor is the garden area that everyone is able to access, felt in secure.
