I felt at home. I stayed in room 892, the only issue is the shower door, it needs to be fixed. It has a loud creaking sound and does not close well.

Bad tv quality. When asked for a different room I was told they will refund me and I could go to a different hotel. That was 6:30 pm. The manager was so rude. I made the complaint to a day manger the next day as it was difficult for me to change the hotel. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone because of unprofessional management

Was very satisfied with my 4 night stay at this hotel very clean v quite n peaceful no rush on lifts which I hate room service was spot on and very very good for the price . Didn’t have the breakfast included so I wouldn’t be able to comment on that but overall and will definitely be using ibis hotel again in the future
