Difficult to get normal taxi especially to to airport. Breakfast buffer was OK but under staffed. Staffs struggle to clear tables. Room and toilet is clean but small. So you pay what you got!

Although as a client you try your best to be a loyal client, In true reality you get something in return but it is never generous. For example , You get a complimentary drink, Its no good value to a client if you are given the cheapest glass of red wine that tastes like sour Vinegar. Where is the true value in this.

Ibis is one of the small hotels that I always stayed in whenever I'm in Dubai. I like the personal attention that each and every staff gives to the customers. All the staff are very friendly and attention to details.

I have visited Ibis Deira City Centre multiple times. This time I spent 9 nights there. The breakfast got worse as well as the breakfast service. They use stale bread mixed with new one. There is too much water added to the scrampled eggs. The order of an omlette was declined at 8:30 AM since the kitchen does not prepare them anymore, although breakfast ends at 10:30 AM. The other waiter was willing to take the order. The orange juice is way too sweet on one day and tastes like water the next day. There is no variety, so after 9 days I would wish to see something different. During the night water was dripping from the bathroom ceiling . It has been repaired 2 times and still hasn't stopped the water. Finally I met Jeswin John the supervisor of the 7th Floor who took care of it and told them to fix the leakage properly.

I found in room 153 only kne toweland one water glass while the room is double. I have called the recetion 2 times at 6pm30 and a7pm to give me one more towel she daid yes i send for you but nothing coming . Its unfear.

It was the second time I stayed in the hotel. The location close to City Center Deira and metro station is a positive point. We need slipper while there is no at rooms and even there is no inside hotel against payment. There is no towel for under feet. I understand it is 3 star economic hotel.

Overall experience is ok, but since day 1 I was supposed to receive a further towel which I never get. I have checked the next day with room service, they told me that no more towels available but they will bring me later. I never received... Breakfast could be improved (fresh omlettes or juices)
