I attended a tennis luncheon with a friend which concluded at 3.30 p.m. after which we spent the time in your hotel before the executive lounge. The entire experience was fantastic from check in to check out. Special mention & thanks to Paige & Tony who as usual were exceptional.

The room was clean and tidy. Room service experience was good on the first few days. On the last eveining and morning issues with room service. The wrong dinner was delivered. Alex - who delivered the meal - handled the situation well. The incorrect order was placed. On the last morning breakfast was not delivered. I ordered breakfast for 6:30am as I needed to check out by 7:15am. At 6:55am I called reception to report that my breakfast had not arrived. At 7:15am I left the room as breakfast had still not been delivered. Valet parking had been charged to my room even though i did not have a car with me. I had to call and ask for a Breakfast Room Service card each day.

One problem. We couldn't use our free drink voucher because it was 10.30 pm and the bar was closed. Disappointing!

Disappointing - from being given a room which was already occupied (which I only discovered on entering the room due to a staff error), through the inadequate staff and offerings in the executive lounge, through to paying $45 for a plain chicken breast

Had some issues with the room we were given. Accessible bathroom, very low basin, no bench to put toiletries bag on. Also backed onto lifts which were being used all night. Bed very comfortable. Happy with staff and room service.

My stay was great but your rooms are quite dark and could use alot more lighting and shower pressure is very weak. Apart from that all was good

One day bath mat was missing. The other day bathroom floor was not cleaned properly hairs are on floor. Also the carpet was not vaccumed properly. It was a lovely room, close to where we were going for a concert. Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was as a little pricey but other than that couldn’t complain

We could not fault the staff, I, as a wheelchair user could not fault the bathroom. My only criticism is of the height of the bed. The bed was considerably higher than my wheelchair and as I cannot stand or walk it was extremely difficult to get on to the bed. I had contemplated sleeping on the floor as there was no lounge.

During my trip to Australia I stayed at the Olympic Park Novotel and for the week-end at the Pullman as the Novotel was fully booked . The room was clean, calm and spacious with all the electrical sockets at the right place. In a nutshell it was a customer experience as close to perfection as possible from a business travelers point of view. What was less perfect was the restaurant in the ground floor. a) Breakfast: The employees working breakfast shift were slow, disorganized and not very friendly. The restaurant manager/maître d'hôtel/shift leader who welcomed the guests was neither friendly nor was he controlling the situation either even so there were no customers waiting. b) Dinner: Once again, and even so there were only 4 tables occupied, the employees were very slow and limit unfriendly. They didn't know anything about when serving bread, when clearing the bread plate as well as the salt and pepper nor any other basic service rule which you normally should learn during a apprentice or hotel management class.
