Room was great, spacious and clean. The carpets stink a bit so need that to be looked at.The Breakfast was amazing with plenty of choice and your breakfast cook was friendly and good, enjoyed the omelette etc.But your main meals were below par.The Fish and chips was soggy and tasteless.I had a great Fish and chips at the Sheraton the following day and it was great. The staff need to be trained on making coffee which was another disaster. Good Coffee defines a good hotel. Staff overall were pleasant,respectful and attentive.

What I like about my stay is the hospitality provided throughout my stay. From the reception, to the executive lounge and restaurant, it leaves me with an impression I would never forget. I would recommend booking here again in the future.

My experience at Pullman was very good. The staff were extremely helpful and patient. The location is excellent. I loved the view from my room. I will definitely recommend staying at Pullman Kuching.

Very disappointed with room service cleanliness.My room wasn’t vacuumed once for the 7 nights I was there.Shower cubicle has B. mould around the bottom. I complained to the front desk staff about all the issues the day I checked out and she was apologetic.Room service manager needs to check every room cleanliness. Pullman Kuching - you’re a 5 Stars Hotel and you’re advertised as a 5 Stars Hotel but compared to any 5 Stars Hotel around the world you’re very far behind in your cleanliness.
