I ordered pizza from room service , while they told me it will take 30 minutes. Noor came quickly within 15 minutes and brought this amazing looking pizza. He was courteous , polite and professional. & I loved the food he brought. He is an exemplary employee

Jose was our amazing host at the Sphere bar! Fantastic service & a great start to our evening! He made sure we had great cocktails with a lovely smile and conversation. I’ll be sure to come back and have a drink at the Sphere bar and hope that Jose is there!

Almatt TripAdvisor review

Excellent hotel. Very comfortable and so convenient for Terminal 5 with the covered walkway between the hotel and airport. Friendly and efficient staff and we were very happy with our check in by Aartee who sorted out our parking and a good value upgrade. We will definitely use this hotel again.

Club MSuperb service from Sujeewa and Dipa and Ronaldo. Thank you. We upgraded our room and to the club ahead of sb early morning flight. Lovely atmosphere, plentiful drink ( wine/spirits/nonalcoholic) and fabulous canapés. Worth every penny and definitely recommend

My wife and I have stayed at the Sofitell hotel,Heathrow terminal 5 on a number of occasions and have found it to be an excellent hotel with very helpful staff and good food. I have booked rooms on the telephone and spoken toEGITA Shrestha on a number of times, she is always pleasant, courteous and very helpful.
