well this is the first time I stayed here again after 4-5 years. Definitely need some changes to make this hotel great again. Stayed in the new building the biggest problem for me is that there is an unpleasant smell on the lift area on the ground floor ( i said the lift area not the lift itself). secondly the water pressure need to be improved either on shower or toilet sprinkle. The last things that bother me is the food quality I ordered in room dining thrice and 3 times its failed to satisfy me. the taste the presentation and the quality is not satisfying. it is not bad but not up to mercure standard. I love this hotel thats why I spent this 15 minutes to write this so improvement can be made. the location is good as ussual. the staff is helpful and nice but pleasee make this hotel great again I do miss the old mercure experience I've gotten there before

I am impressed by the friendly welcome from everyone. The facilities are up to par and really enjoyed the quality of the food. The only downside is the location is not walking distance to hot spots. However, with grab ... problem solved.

Very this appointed this time, as a gold member they did upgrade me (to a better room, supposed to be). After very late check & didnt realise until i went to bathroom. The bathroom is filthy even the glasses for toothbrush filthy. I did made complaint in morning & they move me to different tower (new), bit better but still not the best.I hope the management to take this matter seriously with cleanliness & hygine.Even breakfast cutlery still a bit greasy. I stay at accor hotel around the world & this is one of the worse so far.

« The hotel does not prove to be up to par with the standards of a 4 star hotel. »

The overall experience was disappointing, borderline uncomfortable to the point where we had asked to change rooms and even looked into the possibilities of a refund. The sheets had stains and the flat sheet doesn't even cover the entire length of the bed. After asking the housekeeping to change the sheets multiple times, they were still unable to find one that fit properly and had no stains. The towels were rigid and thin. The lobby was old and dated. The rooms were clearly renovated but the basic amenities were not.

« Ok, but need regular maintenance »

Overall ok, but need regular maintenance. Check in at 21: 30pm. The AC not cold, and the Electricity keep shut off and on every about an hour. Call the maintenance, he took off the AC filter because dirty. And tight up something with the electrical. For AC fix, but not for electric. Since the whole night the electric keep shut off and on again by itself.

When i went to the room on the first time, i found the footprint on the floor. bed ok, breakfast good, swimming pool also good. The shower can't be adjusted. Advise to provide shoes at the gym for someone who don't bring their shoes (i can find it at another accor hotels).
