It is actually really nice, the service is top and all of the staffs are so kind they help US with everything. Of course the room is very comfortable to sleep in, the facilities are all great, the pool is large and there's trees that protect us from the heat. Overall, it is a great experience

The hotel's price, services, and facilities are fair and meet the Accor standards. We enjoy staying here, but the breakfast isn't as good as it was two years ago. It's not a big problem, but we noticed the difference. Maybe something changed in how they make it or choose the food. Overall, though, we still like staying here because it's affordable and has good service and facilities. We hope they can make the breakfast better, but we're still happy to come back.

As a platinum accor member, I have been travelling to many accor hotels. Even to Sofitel, Grand Mercure, and Fairmont. When I am travelling usually booked 2-3rooms. As a platinum usually they give me breakfast as a complimentary. These few days staying in mercure mirama surabaya. Really make me fed up. I am not demanding for complimentary bfast but they should inform me earlier so I can prepare for the bfast voucher from the accor. Because everytime I come to accor hotel they never ask me to see the bfast voucher as well, so i left it over. Sure not going to come again. Better to stay in samator or movenpick, they treat more better.

Pre-arrival went quite well. My room preferences is accommodated and everything is ready when I came. I came during Ramadhan, and I really appreciate the Coffee Cafe member who helps me preparing the welcome drinks prior to my time to break the fast, while I'm jogging for a bit. By the time I'm back at the cafe, it's already time for breakfasting. However I feel a bit disappointed with the food options during Sahur. Last year I also stayed at this hotel during Ramadhan, and the sahur food options quite abundant. This year It's completely different. Fortunately, I still can get the famous Soto Mirama, so it's still a win for me. Check out going very well and truly honorer when the reception staff acknowledge my name. Well, see you again in the next time!
