Friendly and helpful staff, very clean hotel and rooms. Only downside was tv channel choice is very limited and only French language channels available. However personally I was not there to watch tv. Breakfast buffet was good too. Good value considering the prices if you visit Switzerland

The a/c did not work, not even the fan. When I asked, they simply said it was not working on the entire building. The room didn’t have noise cancellation and we could hear everything happening on the street and on the rooms next to us, so we couldn’t rest. I would not go back to this hotel on my next visit to the city.

We were only there a brief couple of hours for sleep but the driver picked us up, was timely and nice. We were greeted by the nicest man upon arrival, he even called the cab in the morning! Same driver! Everything was so clean!!

Excellent service from the lady on reception throughout our stay. Appreciated the taxi to and from the airport. Really good size room for our family of room with comfy beds. Enjoyed the breakfast. Overall a very positive stay.
