The rooms are comfortable, but so are rooms are much lower price points. There are commitments to reducing environmental impact, but on entering the room there is a key card already in the slot and all lights, TV and electronics are switched on with the air con at 17 degrees - very hypocritical. The location is incredibly noisy.

Tired room, very average food and very expensive...all in all, not value for money

i have stayed at this hotel a fair few times over the years. Never had cause to complain. But, .....had a bar meal, two of us, Saturday night, which was a bit bizarre. Ordered starters, one of which was mushroom arancini. Waited, longer than you would expect, amount of time. Then, all action, from one side the mains arrived, from the other, one of the starters. Mains then whisked away and the one starter placed on table. We informed we had order mushroom arancini. Short while later a small bowl of sautéed mushrooms arrived. Not consumed. Mains arrived and polished off. Asked for mushroom starter to be removed from bill. Was informed the reason for the problems were the "one who took the order is not one of us". Now, what happened, gave us a good laugh, but not everyone would see it the same.

First time at the St Pancras Pullman, which I chose because I really enjoy the brand. The expectations were met: the room was spacious and very clean, the bed big and comfortable, my preferences were respected (high floor, etc). I greatly appreciated the Nespresso machine in the room and the very nice toiletries. The bath robe could have been a bit bigger, but this is really a detail. The staff at check-in (and out) were friendly, smiling and helpful. A particularly positive mention for Diana, who helped me during check-in and for a coupl requests I made from the room, and suggested a great restaurant. Will definitely recoomend and repeat.

It is a great hotel. The hotel team and staff went extra mile for me, I asked for something small to surprise my Mother in Law for her birthday and I got way more than I expected. We went to see the Phantom of the opera, and we got the cake with the Panthoms face on the cake. My Mother in Law, showed the picture to nearly everyone who were at the theater.

I was very pleased with our stay at this hotel except that we went out for the day quite early in the morning and put the sign to make up the room on the door knob. When we came back to the room at 2 PM for a nap room not yet been made up. This wasn’t fortunate as I really wanted to just lay down so I had to clean the bathroom myself after calling downstairs no one came after waiting 20 minutes or so. Then I put all the dirty towels outside the door and all the dish ware for the coffees and teas and glasses . This way I could finally take my nap I didn’t want them to make up the bed just to clean the bathroom and change what was dirty. After a second call to the reception the chambermaid finally came and took away the dirties replace the towels etc. and clean the bathroom again .

Check in was smooth, all staff were polite and efficient. For example, my free drink voucher was pre-prepared with my name. I was given a deluxe room which was really fantastic- wonderful views of London, spacious, well equipped and extremely comfortable. This hotel is fantastic. Of note, the following night I was in a Mercure in Paris- a more expensive room, no upgrade and poor amenities. Only after a rather lengthy check in process did the staff member realised that I was also entitled to a free welcome drink. The comparison of the two experiences simply highlighted how well the Pullman is run and how good the staff are.
