We love staying at the Pullman as it is very convenient for us arriving into St Pancras international Station. We stay here quite frequently and as a consequence we receive extra special service as well as the staff knowing all our special requirements. The buffet breakfast is excellent, maybe the best of any hotel in London; our American visitors joined us for breakfast and were extremely impressed. One small quibble: the towels have become a bit scratchy and I wonder whether they need either replacing or more favric conditioner when they are washed.

Upgraded room for £20. Great view over The British Library and views of The Shard and St Paul’s Catherdral. Had a fabulous vegetarian lunch in the restaurant. Had to ask for the veggie menu but it was good choice. Veg platter was huge and very tasty.

« Very Nice Hotel But.... »

Very good hotel, super nice rooms, great lobby, door staff, restaurant and bar staff, all outstanding. Room rates are very high in comparison to hotels of equal quality in the area IMO. The restaurant dinner menu needs updating and a greater variety, breakfast is outstanding BTW. Front desk staff are quite friendly but not at all as sharpe or responsive as they should be. By that I mean on more than one occasion I requested assistance that they simply forgot about. Again, great hotel, however there is better value in the area.

This time was great, everyone was extremely helpful and took a good care of me. If to look for perfection, would be nice to have something different for breakfast, as I am usually staying for almost 2 weeks, getting a little tired of the same food, more vegetables, which you almost don’t have at all. Also if you want to sleep longer that won’t really work as when your very nice cleaning ladies are pushing their trays, water bottles would jingle and wake you up, every morning 8:20 AM, but this is not a problem, again only if you look for perfection :)

I've stayed at the St Pancras Pullman a number of times and no doubt will do so again. This is a smart upscale hotel in Central London, situated a short walk away from Euston and Kings Cross railway and underground stations (I try not to drive in London!). My bedroom was on the i4th floor with a splendid view of London's architectural highlights. Service was excellent throughout my short stay.

I had a very good night with you. Staff were very good and professional, I even got upgraded when I said I was tired after a long journey - that is such a good thing to do and of course encourages a return visit! The room was ver y nice and I had a fabulous view of the city. The only problem was that the AC was ineffective and so the room was rather hot for my liking. I live in Scotland so am used to night time temperatures well below 23 degrees! Still, overall, a great experience. Thank you.

The location is great, only a short walk to the underground and some good views from the upper floors. Check-in/out was efficient and the rooms are of a high quality spec. They were very clean and the chocolates left on the turn-down service were a nice touch. I had mentioned on my booking reference that it was my wife's birthday, so the plate of petit-fours left for her in the room was also warmly welcomed. We didn't eat dinner in the restaurant, but lunch was quite expensive, £12 for a cheese and ham toastie, but probably no more so than any other hotel of this standard in London. We did include breakfast in our booking, and the food here was excellent, with a wide choice of options. Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable experience.
