Hotel was in good location, clean , accessible to public transportation, near mall and restaurants. Staff were accommodating. Would be much better if there’s a complimentary kettle to use in the rooms for tea or instant coffee.

We are very satisfied with out stay at the hotel. Very well located. Room was always clean. It was comfortable and the design is modern. Very good breakfast. The staff was very nice. No complains.

Nice and cosy hotel in the heart of Smichov district

The staff is extremely helpfull, doing all they could to make your stay as good as it can be. The hotel though needs some cosmetic renovation, change some broken lights, refresh some paint etc.
