The Staff at the reception & breakfast is super friendly. The carpeting is extremely old though, but we would definitely come back to this hotel.

Very professional. It helped me that the staff are fluent in English, and VERY helpful. Nice breakfasts and burgers! I felt the service was excellent. The room was extremely clean. I was surprised how hot Berlin was, and there was no air conditioning. But I would not expect it at this price point. That was the only uncomfortable thing, but not in your control 8) I liked the pond and fish - they made the central atrium feel very welcoming, and interesting.

Jrc2919 Friends getaway - 02/09/2019 TripAdvisor review

We travelled with a couple of friends. When we arrived at the hotel, the front desk lady made our check in and gave us in the hand the respective keys. When we entered our room, after carrying our heavy luggage stairs up (lift was broken), we became very desappointed. We had booked for a luxury room, and there were not even windows in the room we received, just two small skylights. We searched for our reservation and saw that the room was completely different. So, we went to the front desk and made a complain. They realized that we were in the wrong room. Keys had been exchanged by the person who made our check in. So we asked to change room and unfortunately there were no more luxury rooms available and they suggest us to ask our friends to change room with us. Of course we would never do that!!! They had already unpacked their bags. So, we stay in that horrible room!!! Unfortunate!!!

The room had only one comfortable chair. Curtains could not be drawn to protect enough from light. No English spoken TV channels. Very nice staff.

very satisfied we enjoyed our stay really skilled and accommodating staff the morning food was super delicious big selection and taste a minus we slept but open vendu and there is some noise from the backyard the hotel's merskins and crane from the construction site started at 0700

Very friendly and helpfull staff. Nice and cosy room and bathroom. The breakfast buffet is very Nice. The only problem wais the temperature in tur room - Even with windows wide open - and a fan on, it was really warm.

The showers are super slippery, it is unsafe as my partner fell in the shower and hit his head. Also had some bruises. Also, the elevator is super slow, it takes forever to get it. Finally, the rooms are super small, though the photos suggest medium space.
