« Great Hotel in handy location »

Hotel is located close to Chong Nongsi BTS and about a 10 minute walk from Silom shopping area. We were upgraded to a G Suite room which was awesome, very large and comfortable with lounge access. The lounge was great with really friendly staff willing to help with anything. Only downside is the pool area is quite small and seems to be busy all the time. We would have no hesitation returning to Pullman Hotel G.

We booked 4 rooms for 1 night stay and it was a great experience. Bedroom is big, clean and white. The bath towel also looks clean so all family members were happy. Breakfast also good and have various options. Staffs are very friendly. Hotel location is very close to Silom Night Market. Since we are an accor plus member, so we received complimentary drink at 37th floor which have a very nice view at night time and we can choose either Red Wine, White Wine, Cocktails, Beer or Fresh Juice. Will definitely stay here again if visiting Bangkok in the future.

I had prepaid and booked thru Agoda. Despite this , and despite that I even arrived at 7pm, there was no room available until 10:30. I know it was Chinese New Year so there was apparantly very many guests and I also got compensated with 2 glasses of wine - of which the limitation was to choose the cheapest glass - which doesnt impress much considering it is the hotel that mess up the booking. So lucky for you this was not my first stay in Bangkok, neither at the Pullman G, so I have many good memories and I stayed there 5-6 times already. So while this was not the best time to show what you can do, I am still confident you are living up to your usual great standards and will be back.

We stayed on the Executive floor, which was very comfortable. However the mattress was too firm and we found the room decor tired eg peeling wallpaper. The check in was efficient and administered on the 27th floor. We had access to the breakfast, afternoon tea and pre-dinner nibbles. These were very generous and enjoyable. The pool area was a bit tired e.g. lounge chairs and not an inviting place to sit. We did have drinks at the Scarlett Bar and followed up with dinner in the restaurant. Fantastic position and the food was excellent. I understand that the restaurant is privately owned so not affiliated with the Pullman and Accor so we only received 10% discount from our membership, nevertheless the atmosphere and quality of the restaurant made it worthwhile.

As so many times in Thailand, people are being judged according to their looks and appearance. Especially if you are a Thai. I was standing at the front office desk waiting to be served but staff ignored me totally most probably because I was dressed very casually and most probably because I am a Thai. Only after they found out that I was a silver card holder they changed their attitude. Very sad to still see that in Thailand. As for the hotel itself, the room was very nice with a grand view through the floor to ceiling windows. Room was clean spacious and very bright (all in white) Breakfast was disappointing due to the fact that it was over crowded. I understand that when the hotel is getting full that it might get a bit busy but that was just too much. No more attention to detail, very little service and no care and love when refilling food on the buffet. Opening up another venue for breakfast for members or those who are paying more for their rooms would be a nice gesture. Bellman where very helpful when asking for taxis...

Everytime I go to Bangkok I would choose the hotel because everything is perfect here. Clean room,yummy foods,good services as well as nice view here. The location is very convenient to going everywhere. The surroundings in the executive lounge is very nice and quiet and each staff here is very friendly and provide efficient services to the guests. Everytime you can see smiles on their faces when meeting. Everybody here would say hello to you in advance and you will feel very relax and warmly here. The breakfast restaurant is also very good. You will see the same excellent services here.

Very Clean, Friendly Employees, Great Location! I love my room at 30th floor! The view was amazing! Will be back next year! The only down side that can improve is the breakfast buffet sliced your own bread station, I love it the guests can sliced their own bread, but I kept seeing a lots of guests used their bare hand to hold the bread, so many hands touching the bread.

« Everything is perfect except the very bad Key card ! »

It's so difficult to get into the room. I tried so many time and the key card never work. My room is 3021. I also went to ask front desk, they helped by changing new card for me but still didnt work. Then the bellman helped me and told me that i should not put the key near cellphone because the censor may get bothered that leads to error when using the keycard. I tried his advice and it worked! I wonder why the frontdesk never tell me about that !!!! by the way this hotel is 5 stars, it should not have such a problem !

The only power source in the room that i could plug my equipment in had one of the plug connectors broken. Rooms should not be released to guests that have maintenance issues in them. The bathroom cleanliness wasn't particularly good either. There was dust on the high points of the bathroom mirror. Dinner at Scarlett was also not particularly great. The food was really quite nice but service was quite poor. It took a good 15 minutes for my first order of 1 beer to be delivered to the table. Not one staff came by a second or third time to offer me another one. Same with the wine, no service for that so we had to serve ourselves. Missed revenue opportunities for your team there.

Service is good and also I like the materials which is using bath room. Their smell is so nice and refresh my mind. The foods are so good but breakfast's foods are the same for everyday.
