Room was clean, quiet and spacious. Facilities great. Loved the pool and snack bar. Staff were always going out of their way to help. Good array of breakfast foods and they catered for those with food intolerance. They can arrange shuttles to the airport, wished we'd known this before we had booked a shuttle through our travel agent. Ate lunch and dinner with family so didn't use the restaurant other than for breakfast.

Quite satisfied with the stay.

Having stayed at other Mercure hotels before I had my hesitation booking another stay at a Mercure hotel. However location and price suited me and reviews for this hotel were reasonable. And my stay was a very good one. Hotel looks well maintained. Room was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. And most importantly, the bed was very comfortable.

Great, but can improve on two things: 1. Perks of being a gold member should allow for better complimentary upgrade room. The room i was last in looks exactly the same as when i was just silver. 2. My clothes smell like food everytime after i eat from the breakfast area.

Quite adequate. Our only concern was the room we were allocated No. 926 clearly had a plumbing problem. The sink took a very long time for the water to drain away and the toilet required at least 2 to 3 flushed just to remove liquid waste.

I first stayed here 15 yrs ago. It was awesome back then. It was renovated a few yrs back but I don't see the improvements. No bidet even in an executive room, dated furnishings, slow flowing bathub drainage (just shower), no snacks in lounge except after 6pm etc. The only saving grace was the great service staff.
