Only one elevator working, was told I would not receive a long stay discount even though I stayed 9 nights, and was not told my breakfast was included until check out and then wouldn’t refund or credit my account. I paid for breakfast for 10 days.

I took this one a my last option. The stay was average, not good not bad. There was no "wow" during my stay. I'd go to other options if possible.
