Well located but some issues

I got ants in my room on the first day. The room was changed to another one and it tood more than an hour to change the room since I had to pack everything again and move the kids while they are asleep. The dryer is also broken in both rooms, the tubes were falling apart. Mentioned to the staff. The food was good and there were some entertainers and our kids just loved them.

Well located but not well managed

The property had decided to switch off all air conditioning in rooms as per their technical team decision. When we checked in we even offered to checkout given the Aircon was not working but the reception staff could not take the decision and we had to follow multiple times during our stay with staff at all levels but they were unable to help. Even at the time of checkout the manager said she couldn’t take decision as her manager was not in hotel and we had the most miserable stay in Paris in hot and humid hotel room with no fan or Aircon in the room. We were traveling with family and would not recommended to stay at this property ever.

Great location but staff is clueless

We stayed with you guys for 2 nights and staff is just not helpful and professional at all. Took 25 minutes to check in 2 rooms. Simra is amazing on the bar and the only person who was smiling and making effort with every guest
