It was great experience everything was great except the beds and pillows were not comfortable. The location was great easy to walk to the mall.

An excellent service and room facilities. Please be aware that the Residences are in a separate building to the main hotel which means you have to walk across the car park to get to breakfast. In the hotter weather, this would be unacceptable for us. Breakfast itself could be better. Connection to the shopping mall City Center Deira was fantastic.
