I'm not quite happy with the service at the front desk. Room was very nice, modern quality. Although I did book an upgrade, regular rooms seem quite worse. Breakfast is of very poor choice and quality. There are only basic stuff and even they are not good at all. Very disappointed that I paid extra for breakfast - any food outside of the hotel would be better than this, most probably cheaper too.

The staff, in all levels and services was extremely helpful and kind. Every need and problem was addressed with a smile and positive attitude and patience. The room had a few problems and is overall old/worn down/disappointing. Shower cable disconnected, shower handle not working, used up feeling all over. Which is key, because with all the appreciated effort and help from staff - the maintenance issue will make me think twice before considering this Novotel again. Breakfast: was nice, but not anything beyond.

I had stayed 3 nights with breakfasts. The room was clean. There were 2 bottles of water. Threre were many kinds of breakfast menü. I recommend to stay here with breakfast.

Everything was great, except for the use of paper cups in the hotel rooms. I've never seen that before in any other Novotel/Accor hotel. It might be something I would expect in a budget hotel, but not a Novotel. Is it really cheaper to use paper cups rather than wash and re-use traditional cups?

Good location, nice and large rooms, clean bath, tv. OK as programs available but it could be even better, convenient, cost effective, good breakfast, the only thing negative are the cues at reception (however understandable because the hotel is really big).

The hotel is well-located. However, the interior of the room is outdated and refurbishment is suggested. The staff at the front desk was nice but a long queue was always found in respect of the time. The options of foods at the breakfast were limited.

GOOD: Second time staying in this hotel. Got given a Deluxe room although I booked a superior. It was a nice touch and I really like the new Novotel design and decor. Clean room and comfortable bed. I liked the In-room minbar and Nespresso machine. Excellent room service menu. NOT-SO-GOOD: Staff is not very friendly though not rude either. No one was attending the frontdesk when I first arrived. A/C was very weak and the room was stuffy. I know I could open the window but in summer there were lots of bugs and flies so it's not an option. The corridor outaide the room needs renovation because it is showing its ages. OVERALL: would stay here again if the price is right.
