Overall very convenient and good. Only negative was that the booking instructions wasn't met in terms of room facing Marczalkowska. However that was rectified at reception desk.

Check in was a little disaster. 40 people waiting while only 2 people behind the desk to help. Long waiting queu as the check in procedure was also much to slow / too many formalities.

The only thing, was that when I arrived at a superior room, he didn't have a bathrobe, he had to ask for it. But everything was quick and fast. I got a room in the 18th hole, hopefully, and a little bit better.

« Very good experience, satisfied. »

Check in was quick, as we used web check in option. We had room on 27th floor, which was perfect - quick lift, nice and clean modern room. Sometimes there was a little noise from outside, but still ok. Great view from window! Breakfast was nice, good selection of food and drinks. Hotel's location is fantastic - short distances to city center if you use tram. All after all, we were very satisfied with this hotel and will be happy to return here in future.

It was like staying in a Cairo bazar at times. Extremely noisy guests with no control exercised over them by management or staff. Very disappointed and not what one would expect from a hotel within the Accord chain.

« Great location, great room but not qualified staff »

I like to stay in this hotel because of great location. This time we staid in more modern room and it was very comfortable, great view from the window. The staff on the reception was very friendly and professional. Unfortunately our room was not cleaned for 2 days - I had to go to the reception and ask to clean the room. One more problem which is regular problem with this hotel (as I stay here some times a year) - even if I had the 'not disturb' note on the door the maids regularly open the doors without any knocking, usually at 7 or 8 in the morning. I wrote several times this complain but the situation is the same.

This is an excellent city centre hotel with good amenities and good, helpful staff. The breakfast was particularly good. When we return to Warsaw we will definitely stay at the Warsaw Centrum

good hotel improved during last years. Good lunch and good cleaned rooms. Good privilege service at the arrival. Good parking near the hotel. is better to arrive before 17 o clock' to avoid long queues of people that have to do the check in. Better to do the check in on line.
