Novotel Szczecin..! Never again..! You have forgotten to unlock my provisioned locked money account even though you have the money physically from my account. Called you several times that you need to fix it because I could not pay the other hotels money in Denmark just because you had my account locked. You did nothing and let me be in the minus account with my bank..! Still can not pay the money to the other hotel.. It is a zero from my side to this hotel..!

We did pass with a group of friends and our families 3 wonderful days in Szczecin. Thanks to the Novotel team the weekend was special! From the booking with Mr. Myslicki, who did everything to fulfill our wishes, till the friendly staff in the restaurant and reception we were fully satisfied!

I have been using Novotel Szczecin frequently, last time however I had a very unpleasent encounter with a receptionist that wanted to charge me 50PLN for staying additional couple of hours. I have been using Accorhotels for the last 20 years and normally it is a question of availability of the rooms (which I perfectly understand), but never asked in a very unpleasent way to pay extra for an hour and halv! It´s not a question of a small amount, my staff and I am using tens of thousents of Euros annually on accommondation, but first of all the way it was said. I desided to leave the room on time and I not sure I'll be back at least for a while.

Too warm in night. AC seems to be turned off during night. Pool was too cold, Car park elivator was not working. Carpets seems to be a bit worn out. we were supposed to be 3 people in the room. the bed for child was not made. When we went to reception they said housekeeping had left at 6PM and instructed us to ask before that. We did expect it to be the hotels responsibility. We had reserved the room a day ahead, so there were plenty of time. The security did bring us some sheets and towels, but we had to make the bed or self. Not good.

Our superior room for two had damaged doors, and amenities for just one person

The superior double room had visible damage to the doors where the repairs had been patched but not painted. The booking was for two, but the room had just one robe, one set of towels, and one drinking glass. The hand soap disappeared after the first cleaning and was never replaced. The toiletries were never replenished, and the toilet paper felt like sandpaper. The buffet breakfast included meats, cheeses, pastries, cereals and fruits. The restaurant service was friendly and helpful. There was nothing superior about our room, and we did not feel the stay at Novotel represented good value for money.

Check-in and check-out was quick and without problems. Room was clean and overall ok. I am satisfied with my stay though I unfortunately had 2 problems. First my personal cutlery was swept during room cleaning, fortunately it was found by the hotel staff. Second was not working sauna during my stay that was at first supposed to be fixed before I will be leaving but in the end it never happend.

Nice hotel maybe need updating painting in rooms. Air con did not work so waste of money if they advertise as with air con. Lamp plug had to be disconnected by sliding the bottom drawer out to reach the plug very strange?? Cleaning was done daily. We asked for early call for our flight but no one called us lucky I was a wake!

Room was fine. But window is difficult to open and close. Aircondition is very loud, even on minimum. There was no soap/shampoo at arrival. Nobody knows of our agreement about 15% discount on bar/restaurant (Justyna Korytkowska). Welcome drinks is a good idea. Best regards Tommy E.

A holiday spent in a beautiful hotel marred by poor house keeping

The hotel and room itself was of a high standard, with a very comfortable bed and great facilities, however this was all marred by poor house keeping. As I explained in a previous guest survey, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, soap, towels and shampoo were not fully replenished regularly or consistently - not waking to a nice cup of morning coffee every day was incredibly disappointing. I had to contact reception on three seperate occasions across our stay to have provisions sent to the room. The bed was rarely made during our stay - we had to do this ourselves most days, and on the rare occasion it was made, the sheet underneath was not straightened, leaving us to do this every night before we slept. These problems, as little as they may seem, are incredibly frustrating for the paying customer, especially when staying in a 4 star hotel, and the lack of help from reception was notable. We received better service in the Ibis Szczecin two months ago.

Compared to past visits, I was disappointed. Room toilet was dirty when I entered, and the room was not cleaned during one of the days of my stay. My previous experiences at this hotel had been better.
