I am so disgusted in the hotel! So outdated the rooms are horrible, the mattress is like rock, the bathroom is nasty!!!! They didn’t tell me they were refurbing it into an ibis until after I booked it!! I do not expect a Novotel to look this dirty and disgusting!!!

Room was not really clean. Furniture is due for refurbishment. Breakfast and restaurant in the basement without proper lighting. Menu card dirty Not at all a Novotel standard! I except a significant reimbursement from Accor group for this poor experience!
