« Everything was very good »

Everything was very good, with the exception of due to building work on the floor I stayed on there was a lot of dust and mess as you got out of the lift.

« Very good hotel close to railway station and center »

Quite large rooms, comfortable bathroom. Good breakfast - good choice if you like continental and full English as well. Very nice professional staff in the reception and in the bar. Walking distance to the station and to the center.

About average for this hotel, although the construction noise first thing in the morning was an issue. Also other Accor hotels I've stayed at (Ibis, Mercure and Novotel) have offered additional discounts for Platinum Club Accor members in the bar, this hotel did not. The loyalty scheme offered in the bar requires £10 minimum spend to collect stamps, which is poor value when using the bar as an individual.

« Pleasant stay, but a noisy restaurant. »

I have stayed many times at this hotel and standards are still high. The ambience of the restaurant however has changed and not for the better; it is now very dark and loud thumping music (some of it rap) pumps out, even at breakfast time - I was glad to get out of there.

Was a bonus to get into room earlier than check in. Receptionist told us there was builing work going on which would be finished by 2pm, it wasn't plus it started again early Sunday morning!! Another little niggle only 2 tea bags in the room for an overnight stay so not enough!!

There was building work going on on our landing we were not aware of this till we arrived was noisy also all the carpets were covered over with plastic and builder s everywhere even on a Sunday

« Great hotel, with great facilities »

Overall the stay was great. The carpark is a little tight and leaves you with the concern that due to the size of the spaces, someone is going to bang your car when they open their door. However this doesn't take away from the fact that the rooms are nice, beds are comfy and the service is excellent. Would happily choose to stay here again when next in Leeds

We had just one thing we weren't satisfied with was the buffiet breakfast not one item was hot just aird the eggs looked like they had been been there for hours. We will not be booking breakfast with you as there is plenty of places around your hotel to getaway hot breakfast.

The room has a nice view. The bed is comfortable, but the central heating wasn't working. However, the reception staff are nice and quite helpful.
