Stayed for 2 nights as part of inter rail trip round the Ardennes. This hotel I have used a few times before. The bedrooms have been renovated and choice for breakfast much improved. Nice staff in bar and restaurant.

« Perfect other than mad scramble for breakfast. »

Stayed here a few times before. Always nice staff and clean room. Saturday morning breakfast around 8am was spoiled by guests scrummaging and a shortage of staff to react. Otherwise a nice hotel less than 10 minutes from station.

Arrival: efficient staff - friendly Room: typical Ibis room : efficient, small, sound proof door, no sound proof walls. Quite noisy when neighbours use bath room Good sleeping quality. Internet of good quality.. Breakfast is really amazing.

Great staff on the desk; great feel to the reception and cafe area. A great bar offer; distinctive and locally focussed rather than dull ubiquitous international brands. A large family room; your welcome of dogs. Easy access car parking.

I was really pleased with my stay at the Ibis Hotel in Namur. I had made an error with my booking but the receptionist was very helpful in changing my booking to the correct dates with a small fee to pay due the difference in rates. I had asked for a quiet room and I was given one at the rear which blocked out the noise from the road. The hotel was clean as was my room. Breakfast was expensive at 15Eur but that is the standard at most hotels.

« Adequate, room too hot on a cool day in summer »

I choose it because there were rooms that could sleep 3 people. Our room was on the 5th floor with two small attic windows and was far to hot. Lack of air. Where to park was unclear and I had to wait for assistance with regard to parking at reception, with my family waiting in car stuck at entrance to parking area, while hotel employee finished serving about 3 customers at the bar. Apples were only fresh fruit available at breakfast. Stay was OK for 2 star hotel but too expensive and breakfast overpriced.

A comfortable stay at IBIS Namur. Everything you would expect from an IBIS. The only disappointment was that the food offering in evening was very limited. The Ibis in Charleroi had much more choice.

Our stay was nice. The room was like most Ibis rooms and had the amenities that I expect from this brand. Our room was clean and quiet. The hotel was a 10 minute walk from the Train Station.

« Disappointed! »

The air conditionner was broken the very first day. The high heat caused rash on my son's skin. There was no coffee maker, there was no refrigerator, the twin beds in the room took almost the entire space. The windows had no window screens to stop the flies or mosquitoes from entering the room. The staff at the front desk were pleasant even if they were not able to resolve my concerns.
