Had a great time staying at this Hotel it was real clean and was in the best location for us because we were going to a Music gig at Wembley and this Hotel is right next door to it. So Perfect. Staff were wonderful and all was willing to help. Will stay again and recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Wembley.

We booked this hotel for the location and we weren't disappointed! Our view was directly opposite the Stadium. As we are Mum & Daughter we booked a family room (1006) which had a double and a single....perfect for us. Room was spotless with an amazing shower! Breakfast was included and was delicious. Perfect, quiet nights sleep too Just a couple of niggles......we ordered food in the Restaurant and it took an hour for a burger and a pizza, which was left standing on the side of the Bar for 15 minutes so not very warm when we ate it. We had to ask if it was ours and take it ourselves! Also, went into the Bar for a nightcap after the Spice Girls Concert and there was a queue a mile long.......more Staff needed when people have booked to see popular shows/concerts. Don't use the online check in either as it is not needed for the extra £40 for speedy check in/check out......there are Members of Staff in Reception to greet you and sort your Room straight away, free of charge. Would definitely stay here again,

The check-in service was effective, but the bed was very uncomfortable and the air-conditioning didn't work. Also, the shower was not powerful enough to be used properly and the service at the bar in the evening very slow.

Sadly disappointing when I complained, about my stay, I was told it had to with Wembley and the police advice on how many people were attending Wembley. Which I don't have a problem with, but to have that as the excuse is passing the buck. If you have a que out the door and a 45min wait for food, then you need more staff rather that one serving and one on till. When mention this I was told the staff love nights like this, it not about the enjoying they job it should also be about customer experience as well.

Perfect stay for our Wembley Spice Girls concert experience. It was very busy so had to wait a long time for lifts and drinks at the bar. But understandable. Could have done with another person working at the bar. All the staff I spoke to were friendly and helpful. Xxx

There was no one there to greet us to check in on arrival, room cards kept needing to be refreshed every time we left the room and tried to get back in, we were unable to get any food or drink due to the hotel taking non staying people in after a concert nearby meaning it was too busy, surely paying guests come first!? Room service were knocking on our door from 9.30am whole experience was disappointing, would not stay again.

Budget priced hotel easily accessible from Central London

The hotel is well placed for visiting London with a station outside the door and 2 underground stations nearby. I was allocated a disabled accessible room which was large so cannot comment on other rooms. All amenities were there including tea and coffee. Breakfast was excellent.

Had the stay booked for a long time and was looking forward to our first year anniversary stay away and time in London. Felt ripped off and annoyed in how we was treated. Paid for early check in and was then told we wasn’t allowed by a very rude lady who argued with us about it and would not refund the extra we had paid for this service or let us check in early. We was finally thrown a key and got a room which we feel was not a £240 room and more like a £49 room. She gave no apology or info about the hotel or what had happened. Will not be recommending this hotel or company again unfortunately. Shocking behaviour by staff

great location with restaurants shops and Wembley stadium. staff were always very polite and very helpful, small room but had everything we needed and very comfy beds! breakfast was very good but very fatty bacon! great to be able to leave our bags so we could do some shopping after checkout. we would definatly stay again!
