5 mn walk of the train central station and a short walk to a high variety of good and relaxed restaurants. Comfortable and quiet room. Good advice for selecting restaurants or navigating the city. Very nice breakfast team and allergic friendly choice.

First floor room right next to the lifts. Playing music around the lifts from 5am which is clearly auidible in the room. Disgrace. Staying at a hotel is supposed to be relaxing, not being woken at 5am.

« Not as good as previous Acccor hotels I have stayed in. »

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel amenities left something to be desired. Drains in bathroom quite smelly once water was running. Kept getting woken up at night by the music playing from speakers in the corridor. Why have music on the corridor (one doesn't usually hang around in the corridor)? More importantly why have the music going all night? If it must be played then it should be turned off by 2100hrs at the latest.

The first room we were allocated was cold and dark so we paid the upgrade to a slightly bigger room with two double beds in, and it was nicer and brighter.

Very good room. Child friendly. Late check out. Good breakfast. Good bar experiene. All good. Location of the hotel because of the neigbarhood not very good. But I do not think that u can change that. Room for improvement: yes. Bathroom could be tmore tidy. More towels. Bigger towels.

« Bad room, bad staff, despite I told the amazingly nice reservation person on the phone that I am coming now more often to Geneva and need a regular place to stay »

- The room I was given had NOTHING to do with a superior room (215) - I then went to reception to complain where they told me that the rooms higher in the building are refurbished and therefore the superior rooms - I could change if I wish - After coming back from dinner I got on the same 2nd floor the same crappy room just a bit more calmer from the outside - My husband is a gold member with Accor and we even celebrated our recent wedding in the sofitel in Buenos Aires. We are loyal customer but this stay was just a shame

I liked the room options for a business hotel. Is clean and have the essential.Some emploees how Mss Isabel that works at restaurant (breacfast) makes the hotel loose his atract. The reception is ok, but the emploees at the restaurant and night bar......terrible.
