« A Poor Welcome »

The person who checked me in had not correctly identified me as a silver club member and said i had been downgraded. She had accordingly altered the allocated room. She needs to be trained to look up the club number and not just rely on a name.

Great hotel with an awesome staff centrally located in London's business district within walking distance to Lloyd's. Executive room was very comfortable and the food was fantastic. Of particular importance to me was the fully functional business center and conference facilities which several of the nearby hotels do not have. The hotel is also only a short distance away from the Tube and train stations which makes moving around the city so convenient. I recommend Novotel London Tower Bridge highly as both a business hotel and a holiday hotel.

Not the first stay in this hotel. Room clean and nice, large bathroom and good modern shower. Beds and pillows excellent as usual. Thanks for the welcome drink, very appreciated. Hotel in a quiet area, very close to Tower Gateway, underground, bus 15 to Picadilly and RV1 to London Eye & Covent Garden.

Friendly staff, clean and quiet room : ) Service a little slow at reception as only one person was there (evening). The actual process was quick and easy but the receptionist was tied up with one customer in front of me. I did not like the bathroom because you could see through the glass to the bedroom. Even with the glass made opaque by pressing the button I didn't like this.

Hotel was very nice. The room had everything I needed but the room service food was below standard. I ordered a chicken burger and it was poorly presented and dry. No salt on the tray, no salad. Just dry chicken in a soggy bun with chips (on the menu it said fries)

The location is great, but the experience was slightly less than previous stays at this hotel. The temperature in the room could not be controlled and was very hot. I had the window open in February! Also I was not offered the chance to pre-purchase my breakfast as I had been in the past, which had resulted in a savings before.
