Just a 2 night stay. Novotel room comfortable and large. Just needs a refresh as it is the same as it was 10 years ago.

We had 2 kids and 2 adults stay in a twin bed room. Was comfy. Room service was not so good and the menu didn't reflect what was given to us. Overpriced on desserts and very very small portions. Would never order room service again.

Room was pleasant. Roomy. Clean. Small details - I room snack were not replaced after first day of a 4 day stay. Had to chase up refills of the coffee capsules as my first request was ignored. Experienced quite a bit of noise from the room above/beside mine when shower was used. Room service was slow. On one occasion, desert arriving before main course ( although ordered at the same time) so Ive cream had melted. But overall a pleasant stay. Food in the restaurant was delicious and staff were friendly and welcoming.

good stay 1 issue was one of the lifts not working which made lengthy delays moving around
